'Excellent hotel with spacious rooms with a plunge pool. Food is extremely good. Staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. We had one small issue which the staff dealt with in an excellent way to our satisfaction. I recommend hiring the Princess Margaux hotel boat for Island Hopping - a fabulous trip and an amazing sunset. '

'Prima hotel voor verblijf op gili. Kamers zijn schoon en groot. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was goed, voldoende keus. Vanuit het zwembad kijk je op de straat en het strand. Enigste nadeel is de moskee vlakbij waar al heel vroeg in de ochtend opgeroepen wordt voor gebed.'

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with an overall old and neglected feel. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, and it was clear that the hotel has not been updated or properly cared for in a long time. The service was also unsatisfactory. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, and it often felt as if guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Issues were not resolved promptly, and there was little effort to make the stay comfortable. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. For the price paid, I expected at least a clean room and decent service, but unfortunately, neither was provided."
