✦ Lower Level - Bedroom 2: One full-size bed, positioned at the bottom of the stairs on the first level

✦ Top Floor Loft: One queen-size bed - a private and charming perch above the main living space, perfect for couples or solo travelers

Entertainment



No in-unit game room or gaming console - but with ski trails, an indoor pool, a sauna, and a hot tub just up the road within the community, you won't be short on fun. The living area is set up perfectly for relaxed evenings in after a full day on the mountain.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook real meals - from a crockpot and stockpot to baking pans, mixing bowls, a colander, and all the serving essentials scaled for 8 guests. A coffee maker is ready for those early mountain mornings. A dishwasher makes cleanup easy, and the full-size refrigerator and standard range round out a kitchen that's genuinely functional for a full group.



Technology



Three 40-inch TVs in the property - one in the living room with Apple TV for streaming, and one in each lower-level bedroom with Roku for streaming. All three are streaming-capable, so your favorite shows and movies travel with you.



Laundry



In-unit washer and dryer - a genuine convenience for longer stays or ski weekends when gear and clothes pile up fast.



Outdoor



A propane grill with a tank and cover is ready for use outside. The community's shared amenities - including the hot tub - are located at the front of the community at 601 Camelback Drive, a short walk or drive from the unit.



Community Amenities



The Village at Camelback HOA amenities are included for all registered guests and offer a genuine resort-style upgrade to your stay (Hours: Mon-Thurs 3 PM-7 PM, Fri 2 PM-7 PM, Sat-Sun 11 AM-7 PM):

All amenities are located at the front of the community. Swim at your own risk. All guests must be registered with the HOA prior to using shared facilities.



Guest Access:

Self check-in is easy - a keyless entry lock on the front door and backup lockbox is located on the ski closet door for seamless arrival. Two parking spots are available on the paved driveway directly at the unit, with overflow parking near the community gate. Your host is available if you need anything during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

- No pets allowed

- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

- The roads are steep and narrow - use caution when arriving, especially in winter conditions

- There is 1 step to access the front porch, approximately 15 steps to reach the top floor loft, and approximately 15 steps down to the first level - not ideal for guests with limited mobility

- HOA quiet hours and community rules apply - all guests must be registered with The Village at Camelback

- The dumpster is located at the front of the community near the gate

- Road salt and a snow shovel are provided for winter stays
