The Space:

It's always the right time to stay at this all-season vacation rental in the Northridge at Camelback community. The spacious townhome offers three floors of pristine living space and enough privacy for the whole family. When the sun is shining, lounge on the two-story deck and enjoy the tranquil view while you cook something on the gas grill. During the summer months, cool off with a refreshing swim or spend the day lounging at the community pool. Or, head inside to prepare something more gourmet in the immaculate full kitchen. In addition to a full suite of stainless steel appliances, guests will be set up for success with complimentary spices, pantry items, and cooking oil.



On chilly evenings, relax in front of the living area's wood-burning fireplace with a mug of hot cider and your loved ones. Anyone with a competitive spirit will enjoy making use of the basketball game in the basement, which also features a bonus sitting area with a smart TV. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, partial air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.



HOA REQUIREMENT

Important: Completion of the Check-in Form is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. The information is required to process the property's HOA registration, which must be completed before arrival and is a condition of staying at the property.

If the required information is not submitted by the stated deadline, we may be unable to complete the mandatory HOA registration. As a result, check-in may not be possible, and the reservation may need to be canceled. Any cancellation and applicable refund will be handled in accordance with Airbnb's cancellation policy and the listing's terms.



Things to Know

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival.

Failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.

Wood is provided for the fireplace.

Just a quick note about the community pool during your stay.

The pool is located at the HOA building at 115 Quail Lane, Tannersville, PA 18372. Simply check in with the pool attendant upon arrival and they'll get you set up!

A few things to keep in mind:



Only registered guests may use the pool. No additional guests will be permitted.

The pool is only available from June 12 through September 7, 2026. No access outside of these dates.

Pool Season: June 12 through August 29, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Final Week: August 30 through September 7, 2026 (Labor Day) from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pool access is not available on your check-out day.
