There are TWO FREE PARKING SPOTS on the PARKING LOT LEVEL. One is assigned in front of the house, and the other is unassigned but within the same lot on the PARKING LOT LEVEL. This means you drive up to the front door. No dragging your bags down long staircases to get to the condo. (There are stairs inside of the condo since it is a 3-level house.) An additional car can park in the overflow parking lot near the community entrance gate.

Pet Friendly. Dog bowls (food and water), dog towels and dog mat are provided. Size and breed restrictions. Limit 2 pets. Additional $100 per pet fee and advance approval of pet is necessary.
