We had an amazing time at this hotel! The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly, helping us with everything from booking activities to preparing amazing breakfast and dinner. A special thank you to Hassan for assisting us throughout our trip and making it the best it could be. The swimming pool was perfect for the hot weather. Overall a fantastic hotel, highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

One of the best places I stayed in Morocco. The hosts are extremely hospitable and arranged everything very smoothly. My wife and I travelled here to stay a night before a tent experience in the Merzouga dunes. The whole experience was 1st class, the greeting, the quality of the rooms, the food was fantastic with the chicken tagine being the best meal we have had so far in Morroco and the breakfast was incredibly generous. It feels like a family business and they welcome you like a family guest. 10/10 from us

What a beautiful place to stay! The day before we checked in the hotel reach out to provide details on how to get to the hotel. After a 8 hour drive when we arrived, the staff confirm that it was me and let us rest provide us with tea. The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant food was delicious. They helped us book the all the desert activities. I would recommend this hotel

Fantastic property with very friendly staff. We decided to stay here instead of a ‘luxury desert camp’ because there were so many with similar names. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast by Ismail was varied and tasty. The hotel also arranges camel and quad bikes for the lowest prices we could find so we didn’t haggle. Its best to book these activities though the hotel for a hassle free experience as these activities are next to the hotel. Thanks for an amazing stay.

This hotel is amazing. The room and swimming pool were spotless, and I appreciated being allowed to check in early. All the staff were welcoming and kind. A special thanks to Mr. Hassan, who arranged activities for us and helped us find a supermarket. The breakfast was delicious, and my kids especially loved the pasta! :) If I visit Merzouga again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you for making our experience so memorable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Amazing!

Wow wow wow - this hotel, the location and the staff are all incredible! If you're thinking about going to Merzouga for a camel tour and need an extra night to stay, I'd highly recommend this place. The town is quieter than Merzouga and in our opinion, the people seemed much more relaxed and friendlier too! This place is also located 5mins away from an Oasis and just the other side of that, the sand dunes begin...we arrived in the dark and couldn't believe the views when we woke up!! After breakfast on the first day, we went for a little explore and after 15mins of walking found ourselves in the middle of the dunes, totally alone with untouched sand all around - it is honestly unbelievable!! We ended up booking an extra night here and delaying the rest of our trip because we loved it so much. The rooms are HUGE and have everything you need. The dinner menu is great (we had two lunches and two dinners and tried several of the meals - you won't go hungry!). The staff are all so friendly and welcoming - they go above and beyond for you in every way. They even let us order dinner through WhatsApp before we arrived (it was getting very late) so that when we got to the hotel we could sit and have dinner straight away. They helped us book a camel tour and buggy tour, both of which were fantastic. Couldn't have been happier that we booked to stay here - would highly recommend ⭐😄

Delightful surprise!

We randomly found this place and it blew our mind. It is so beautifully designed, so well appointed and above all clean. It is a new property and they have done a spectacular job on every level. The finish work and detail is incredible and the cleanest kitchen ever turning out delicious homemade food. I even got a tangine cooking lesson. The location is superb and they can arrange all activities in the dunes easily. Hmed and his team were so hospitable, we felt like family from the moment we walked in the door. This is the real Morroco! Would go back in heartbeat!

Best in Merzouga NEW awesome hotel

Perfect stay - everything I had hoped for and more. Dont look any further. This property has is all. Brand new. Large rooms. Lovely decor. Strong A/C. Refrigerator in room which I love. Lovely rugs everywhere. The outdoor spaces are lovely. I didn’t use the pool but it was clean and nice. Staff were so kind and attentive. We ate dinner two nights in a row it was great. Just plan to order two hours or more in advance. They can help with tours but my favorite part was the shop connected in the free parking zone. Best store, tons of inventory and better quality stuff. Roof top is a nice surprise. Breakfast was fine, classic options ready and waiting for you. So, if you are headed to Merzouga I don’t know why you would pick a different hotel this one has it all. I saw whole apartments with upstairs and everything but our room was a king bed and a twin we didn’t even need. Quality firm bed. Large nice shower. I can’t say enough about this hotel it really made our stay in a very hot place really easy and comfortable. Get the tagines for dinner. Best we’ve had. Thanks for a really nice stay I wish you all great success with your thoughtful and lovely property.

The property is incredible, Assou and his teams are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about local area and activities, great breakfast and one of the best dinners in Morocco prrpared by the restaurant team. The manager was super awesome. He served us tea as soon as we got there with fresh peanuts and local delicious cookies, which were really refreshing, and mint tea which was delicious. We asked him to show us the night sky because we were in the Sahara desert and that night he walked us to a dark area and saw the beautiful night sky and the milky way. The following day we scheduled a sunrise camel ride to the Sahara dunes which was a highlight of our trip. The dinner the previous night was delicious and we craved more after the meal. The following day the cook topped off my mug with coffee for our continuing driving trip which kept me exactly as I needed over the next day. I would highly recommend this place for a stop over no matter what the length of your stay. The rooms were huge as well! (with a fridge, utensils, dishes and everything we needed.) It's cold in the winter, so dress warmly!

Clean, comfortable and hospitable

This was a good experience - the rooms are clean and comfortable. The heating works well which was important in December. The staff is helpful and all our requests were promptly addressed. There is a restaurant onsite with decent food. They made us some special vegetarian food too which we requested. The breakfast in the morning was included in our rate and was pretty good as well.
