'The location of this property is gorgeous! We loved watching and hearing the waves crash onto the rock cliffs. The beautiful black volcanic sand beach is right next door and very easy to access. Alma de Mar was a beautiful property that is very well maintained. The staff were always helpful, kind, and available. We booked Chef Tavo for all our meals during our stay and he was amazing!! We highly recommend him.'

'Property is absolutely gorgeous. Great for adult family of 6. Private beach, great security getting into and while on property. AC, hot water, super clean, outdoor shower with pool, hammocks, what else can you ask for! We loved this place. Stella, our host, was a great communicator and helped us on a number of occasions. We did not have a rental car. Used private drivers, Ubers and local buses and we were fine. Thank you Stella!'

'We’ve stayed at many places and enjoyed many great hosts. We often don’t write reviews because life gets busy, but today is the exception. This property is fantastic and arguably the best value in El Salvador! Amazing home. We felt right at home. Place is very good for kids…we have twin boys 8 years old and stayed for 7 nights. The kitchen had everything we needed…even cold/hot water dispenser. The host had provided information about the VRBO before we arrived and was helpful during our stay....
