Villa Giulia spans over a plot of 822 m2, with a total of 302 m2 of living space, fully surrounded by a green hedge that provides complete privacy. With three bedrooms, it accommodates 6 people, and pets are also welcome.

On the ground floor of this holiday home, which offers free parking and internet access, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and bar stools, a spacious living room with a dining area for 8 people, a guest toilet, and one of the three bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have private access to the garden or private balcony, king-size beds, and en-suite bathrooms, two of which are equipped with shower cabins and one with a shower and bathtub.

Upon entering Villa Giulia, you will find a space for guest reception and a staircase leading to the first floor. To the right of the reception area is the living room with a dining area, while to the left is the kitchen, the first bedroom, and the garden. The garden of this beautiful holiday home is a space designed for complete relaxation and enjoyment. Right after leaving the kitchen is a covered dining table for 6 people and a gas grill. An outdoor shower, a 28 m2 pool, and comfortable sun loungers are hidden from view by a green hedge and invite you to swim and sunbathe with your favorite book.

The spacious living room with a dining area for 8 people exudes gentle sandy tones, creating the perfect space for gatherings and meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. A large LCD SAT TV and 2 comfortable sofas complete the space, with access to the terrace with the pool.

In the kitchen with a kitchen island and bar stools, you can enjoy preparing Istrian delicacies with direct access to the garden table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary crockery and appliances, making meal preparation a true pleasure.

In addition to the living room with dining area and kitchen, there is also one bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, private access to the garden, and a view of the pool. All bedrooms provide maximum privacy and are equipped with everything necessary for a perfect luxury vacation.

The remaining two bedrooms on the first floor are accessed by an internal staircase. Upon entering the first floor, there are two bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with a shower cabin and elegant bathtub on the left. On the right is the last bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. Both bedrooms on the first floor have private balconies overlooking the ancient olive groves of Vabriga. On the first floor of this holiday home is also a study room with plenty of natural light and privacy, featuring a glass work desk and glamorous king sofa.
