Apartment Sole Casa Studio is a vacation home consisting of two large rooms with a loft, plus a full shower room. Each room has a balcony overlooking the central Via Oberdan.
A small hallway leads to the first room, furnished with an open kitchen, dining table and chairs, TV and sitting area with sofa. A corner staircase leads to the loft where there are 2 single beds.
The second room is also accessible from the hallway. It is furnished with a study area, comfortable sofa and closet. A spiral staircase leads to the loft where there is 1 double bed.
Completes the apartment 1 shower room.

The vacation apartment Sole Casa Studio is a perfect solution for exploring Taranto, the City of the Two Seas, perfectly located to reach all the sports facilities for the 2026 Mediterranean Games.
The house is only 1.7 km from the famous swing bridge that gives access to the characteristic old city of Taranto rich in history and monuments. MArTa, Taranto`s National Archaeological Museum, is just 1.5 km away.
San Vito beach is 8.8 km away and can be easily reached either by car or transport.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
