Maybe I didn't understand the term studio, but in my opinion, this is a $30 room. It certainly shouldn’t be priced comparable to local motel rates. 'Tonia was very easy and pleasant to work with and the house was beautifully done and very well equipped. There were also extra touches that you don’t always see in rentals. Coffee supplies, shower supplies, even a bicycle to use! The bonus room is a great extra living space, as well. I would highly recommend this rental for families!'
