'This listing was over all very quiet, cozy, spotless and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area. The Famous Sponge Docks and Beaches are minutes away. My wife and I were able to jump on the local trolly which is less than 1 block walking distance! We had a great time playing the life size chess board and soaking up the Florida Sun! 'Outstanding from start to finish. Extremely clean. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Tasteful coastal decor, brand new furniture and mid to higher range appliances, walking distance to all that the sponge docks district has to offer. Fully equipped kitchen for meals at home. Also just a short drive to nearby beaches and adjacent fun towns like Dunedin and Clearwater to the south and Weekie watchee to the north.
