The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, moka pot, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa bed, and TV;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, desk, and closet;

- BATHROOM with a shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, washing machine, and hair dryer. An iron and ironing board, along with a clothesline, are available in a designated common area on the top floor of the building, which serves as a drying room.

The property offers an open-air communal parking lot, with one parking space per apartment; spaces are not assigned but are always guaranteed.

- Udine Train Station: just over 1 hour by car (98 km);

- If you prefer to travel by public transportation, you can get to the Tarvisio Boscoverde train station, which is about a 4-minute taxi ride or a 30-minute walk from the apartment.
