호텔 주변에 아무것도 없어서 의심했는데, 로비에 들어오고 나니 생각이 완전히 바뀌었습니다. 친절한 프론트 직원들이 맞이해주었고 로비부터 청결했고 깔끔한 분위기였습니다. 엘레베이터와 복도와 같은 시설은 물론이고 룸 컨디션도 상당히 좋았습니다. 방의 크기가 넓어서 좋았고, 화장실도 깔끔했으며 침대가 상당히 편안했습니다. 조식 부페도 메뉴가 다양했으며 각각의 맛도 괜찮았습니다. 모든것이 맘에 들었던 숙박이었습니다.

Brilliant
Room and spa were excellent. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Definitely recommend. Only minor issue was when I tried to check in at 8am they requested the payment of a full extra day. I don’t mind paying extra for early check in, but 100% for being a few hours early is too much. We settled at 50% anyway.

Nothing to fault, felt like a new hotel. Having 2 receptions was slightly confusing for people collecting me from the hotel but not a bi deal. The view out the window was not so glamourous but is that why you choose a hotel? No.

Esperienza abbastanza deludente dopo quella super positiva del Mercure di Bukhara. Struttura abbastanza datata. Camera ampia, spaziosa, con qualche dolce di benvenuto molto apprezzato. Colazione discreta. In stanza sono presenti 10000 aggeggi in plastica monouso per il bagno…. A contrario di quel che avviene nella maggior parte degli hotel, per migliorare l’ecosostenibilita. Abbiamo chiesto di avere un check-out tardivo; ci è stato offerto a circa 50€… considerato che abbiamo pagato la notte + colazione 75€, ci è sembrato piuttosto disonesto. Lontano da ogni accesso alla metro. Per fortuna i taxi costano poco e il personale ce ne ha procurati senza problemi.

I chooses this hotel because I am a long time member of Accor chain. And my expectation was so high because I had excellent experience worldwide in Mercure Hotels and my expectation again have been satisfied fortunately, maybe excluding some issues with the service. But regarding interior the rooms, restaurants, pool. Everything was excellent. I had a small accident with the night staff. But early morning manager of the hotel Gulya was so polite she immediately solved all issues and everything was arranged for me perfectly and very fast. Finally I was fully satisfy and enjoy my experience with the hotel, thanks Gulya and other duty managers of the hotel. Reaction for claims was proper and fast. I can recommend to all travellers to stay in this new facility Accor chain in my lovely Tashkent. Thank to all staff one more time for hospitality and for my beautiful time which I have found out in MercureTashkent Dr Ilshat M. Valiullin

Personalet i reception havde attitude og var hverken smilende eller hjælpsomme. Det virkede vare som om vi var til ladt og de ville tilbage til deres telefon. Det samme gjalt når man ringede til receptionen fra værelset. Bellboy Abdulaziz var dog super sød og smilende til afveksling. Rengøringen af værelset var fordærdeligt, blot sengen der var blevet redt og skiftet håndklæder. Der lå snavs på badeværelset. Udcheckning var rigtig behagelig og receptionisten var sød og hjalp med at bestille taxa til lufthavnen.

An excellent hotel! Rooms are large and well furnished. Amenities are great (including the gym). Everything is new and modern. The staff were very professional and friendly and went beyond the call of duty when I needed their assistance. Overall, a great experience.

Mükemmel bir otel. Odalar temiz, ferah, konforlu. Kahvaltı ve yemekler çok iyiydi. Fiyatları uygun. Çalışanlar çok yardım sever. Kendinizi güvende ve keyifli hissediyorsunuz. Sizi rahat ettirebilmek için çok çaba sarfediyorlar. Çalışanlar SPA yı çok tavsiye etti ama maalesef kullanamadım. Herşeyiyle bence eksiksiz bir otel. Sadece merkeze biraz uzak ama sorun olmuyor. Taksi ile kısa sürede ulaşıyorsunuz. Ayrıca taksi ücretleri de makul. Tavsiye eder miyim? Kesinlikle.

Didn’t want to leave the room! Super comfortable
This was by far the most comfortable hotel of an 11-day trip to Uzbekistan. I didn’t want to leave the room. First of all, the hotel was excellent value for money. The room was far larger than expected (or needed), the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked very well and the tv had a bewildering number of channels from a couple dozen countries. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a lot of different choices. Best of all, there is a heated indoor pool and a wet sauna with good opening hours (the dry sauna wasn’t turned on when I was there). Location is a bit far from most tourist sights, but it actually has quite a few cafes and Yandex taxis whisk you to the center in 10 minutes, and it’s extremely convenient to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful buildig, very well layed out rooms, nice breakfast place. friendly people. all good ! One remark: the hairdryer is no good and sub standard compared to the rest of the room. It would also been safer to have a shower instead of a bathtub because there is no place to hold on to when leaving the bath tub. Most rooms should have a nice walk in shower and no bath tub. specially not when you have such great SPA !

Very beautiful and new hotel
It was great, I really liked the design of the hotel. Think of all the little details. There is a very nice pool with a spa area and gym. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. I'm sure I will come again soon.
