全体的に満足でしたが最後タクシーを呼んでもらったら通常の4倍近い価格を取られました。物価が安いので良いですが流石に手数料取りすぎと感じました

넓은 객실 그리고 건강을 위한 황톳물(?)
일반 디럭스 룸인데도 필요 이상으로 엄청 넓은 실내공간임. 더블베드는 큰 침대가 아니라 침대 두 개를 붙여서 배치함. 실내에 환영과일도 비치하고 나름 신경을 쓴 점은 높이 평가함. 그러나 리셉션 직원의 무뚝뚝함에서 감점. 그리고 무엇보다도 욕실의 물을 30분 이상 틀어뒀는데도 흙탕물 색이 완전히 사라지진 않음. 우즈벡 지역의 특성을 고려한다고 해도 이런 물은 본 적 없음.

5つ星ホテルの割には、スタッフの質が悪い人がいます。どこもそんなものですが、やっぱり星の数ではホテルはわからないものです。うまく英語を理解できないとあからさまにイヤな顔をしたり、タクシーを呼んでもらうと通常の5倍の値段を吹っ掛けられたりしました。2泊しましたが夕方になってもベッドメイキングが終わってなかったのでフロントでお願いしたら、2時間待たされた挙句「次からは電話で言ってください」とキツク言われました(悪気はないのでしょうが)。ベッドメイキングが終わるのをロビーで待っていても、終わって教えてもくれません。お国柄なのでしょうけれど、5つ星だと期待し過ぎてはすごく損をした気分になります。B&Bのほうがよっぽど融通が利き、快適でしょう。清潔さ、ロケーションの良さがよかったのでとても残念です。

きれいで荘厳な内装のホテルだが、市税の支払いに注意。
<良かった点> ベルボーイのお兄ちゃんが気さくでホテルの説明を簡潔にしてくれたこと。 部屋がとても広々としていたこと。 朝食のレパートリーが豊富であったことと、生演奏で日本人に合わせた曲を演奏してくれたこと。 <悪かった点> チェックイン時の市税?宿泊税?の支払い時にホテルマンが金額を知らなかったこと。予約バウチャーに表記されている金額といわれたが、そんなお客の言い値みたいなものなのか?ひとりいくらとか、宿泊費の何%とか固定の決まった計算式があるのではないかと疑問に思った。 同じく市税を支払う際、バウチャーの案内ではドル建て表記であったにもかかわらず、フロントではドルでの自祓いを拒否され、両替所のレートを一緒に確認し現地通貨(スム)払いする羽目となった。(旅行最終日であったため、現地通貨の手持ちを計算していたのに、市税の支払いで現地通貨をごっそり持っていかれたので、結局再度両替が必要となった。) ホテルの居室のドアの閉まりが著しく悪く、強く押さないときちんとドアが閉まらず、鍵がかからなかった。

それなりの滞在をすることが出来た。
Milan International Hotel は中国系のホテルなので随所に中国的なインテリアが見られる。これはそれなりによいが、滞在した部屋があまりにも広すぎてかえって不便さを感じた。どいうわけか滞在客が少なく閑散としている。交通の便が良くない。

Good hotel in central location
Good but a bit outdated hotel with spacious rooms - the air con didn‘t work so it got pretty warm in the room due to the warm weather. But overall a good price/quality with nice staff. And the food & drinks at the restaurant was pretty good even if it was a bit expensive for Tashkent..

Well situated hotel with good facilities including on site exchange bureau as well as functioning ATMs. Staff speak good English and are generally helpful although they do try to oversell transportation arrangements. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Rates are on the high side but generally good value for money provided you book on line.

立地以外は高級ホテル
ウズベキスタン最終日の宿泊で、超高級ホテルというラベリングに期待して利用しました。 部屋の設備や従業員の対応は良かった。そこは5つ星と言える。 一方で、立地がゴミゴミと荒れたところにあり、最上階であったにも関わらず眺めは全く良くなかった。やはりティムール広場の近くでなければ。 レストランもバーも取って付けた程度のもので、惹かれなかった。特にバーは最上階で眺めの良いところに配置するのが一般的だと思うのだが。 これらを考慮して、5点中の4点です。

Room is super huge and spacious. Breakfast is normal buffet style. Swimming pool and jacuzzi seems not that attractive with the water quality

Good Hotel, but bad receptionist (Bakhrom)
The room was spacious and fine. But 1 of the 2 rooms i made reservation was smaller (36m2, against 58m2) with the same price, which was their mistake. I asked the receptionist (Bakhrom) to improve this when we checked-out, but he commented that that is not his job and blamed me for not claiming in the first day. This is not beautiful. So rated lower. If such issue will not be solved next time, I will not book this hotel. My boss (who had to stay in the smaller room) was unsatisfied.

We specifically booked a triple room with three beds but there were only two beds in the room upon check in. Luckily the room was spacious enough and an extra bed was brought in the room later after our request. However, the mattresses of all three beds were horribly uncomfortable, with the springs sticking out, we did not sleep well at all. We will never want to stay at this hotel

いたって普通の大型ホテルです
大型ホテルなので基本的にどのスタッフも基本的に親切です。滞在中に不便を感じる事はなかったですし、大きな会議等にも使われているようです。 不満を挙げるとすれば、地下鉄の駅から遠いこと、館内に蚊が多いと感じたので気になる人は留意して下さい。

空港から宿までの送迎を予約、片道25ドルです。帰りのは、タクシーを利用しましたが、3ドルでした。帰りも送迎を頼むと25ドルです。市場価格の8倍。また、最初に利用しました、ホテルが雇っている送迎のドライバーは、空港からホテルに向かう途中で、市場レートの半分くらいのレートで現地通貨のスムスへの両替を持ちかけてきましたので騙され無いようにしてください。日本人の個人旅行者をカモにしているようです。 朝食無しの最安値ですと朝食代が18ドルです。500円ほど高い部屋を予約すると、朝食が無料となります。 夕食に1つしか営業してい無いレストランを利用しましたが、3回共客は、他に誰もいませんでした。ペットボトルの水が7ドルと高額です。市場価格は、日本円換算で、30円くらいですから、通常の食事もかなり割高な為利用者が無いようです。 また、水を買いに歩いていける範囲の店は見当たりません。 最終日の飛行機が遅い時間の為、レイトチェックアウトを2日前にお願いしたところ、あなたの部屋は、エクスペディアによって80ドルだが、本来300ドルの部屋だから、半分の150ドル支払えという為、300ドルと何方に書いあるのか聞いてもとぼけたふりをしていた。翌日、エクスペディアによって、80ドル支払い1泊追加予約して後、フロントに行き、最終日は、同じ部屋を継続して使えるか、問い合わせすると、午後7時なのにもかかわらず、フロントのコンピュータは、午後5時以降は、使えなくなりましたので、明日の朝9時にまた来てください。という。このホテルは24時フロントは対応しているのでは無いかというと。奥から3人出て来て初めて、予約がされているから部屋は使えると言う。 翌日、午前11:30に部屋の電話にフロントから電話が来て、12時のチェックアウトがまだされていませんが、と言うので、フロントに行くと、新たなフロントがいて、こちら前日の事情を説明すると何も聞いてい無いと言う。 また、奥から2人出て来て初めて部屋が夜まで利用出きる事となりました。 チェックアウトとなり、フロントに空港までのタクシーを依頼しても送迎のよかは事前にされていませんといい。 電話をしません。ドアボーイの若者がカウンターの電話でタクシーを呼んくれなんとか、空港までたどり着きました。 確かに、部屋は、異様に広い為、夜遅くチェックインして翌日早朝空港にツアーで向かう日本人の評価が高いですか、嘘をついたり、ごまかそうと保身するホテルマンを避ける為には、個人旅行者は、このホテルを避ける事です。

Estancia no recomendable para NO repetir
Hotel renovado y con instalaciones modernas. Habitaciones no funcionaban correctamente aire acondicionado, ni wifi (según el personal, por la alta ocupación del mismo) y botones intentando sacar comisión y recibir propinas. En general, mal sabor de boca los últimas horas!! NO RECOMENDABLE para el cliente europeo

The location of the hotel was great. The only drawback is that the first 4 floors allow smoking, 5th and 6th floors do not. They should ban smoking in the hotel all together. The stench and smell in the hallways are obvious. Recommended it to the hotel staff, lets see if they will act on recommendation.
