The worst staff ever! NEVER book this hotel in Tashkent! They are not friendly and do not care about your comfort, I thought I was talking to the wall not a humans at the reception. Horrible experience!

Most dissappointing Radisson Hotel
It was a terrible experience of my lifetime hotel stay. I haven't stayed in a hotel with such a discomfort, specially the central Airconditioning system is set with minm Temperature at 26 degree centrigrade. In every hotel I stayed, I could set up thebtemp at 18 degree minm. I had to open the window but there was huge noise of cars as the hotel is located on a main road. Under no circumstances, this hotel should not be in the list of hotel. com specially for regular guests. Radisson chain should be informed about the syandard of this branch in Tashkent as the overal standard doesn't match the quality of Radisson worldwide. I haven't received yet the refund promised by Manager of the hotel for the second night I cancelled.

Pleasent stay. Would recommend.
Pleasent stay, spacious room, excellent breakfast. It was helpful to have someone on reception who spoke English. They arranged a taxi to take us to Turkestan and back, well organized and helpful.

The good: nice breakfast buffet, fresh orange juice, impeccably cleaned room and friendly staff. The unacceptable: completely unfit for business travel. At 1 pm on Saturday, the manager (dressed in t-shirt and jeans) demanded pay-off to allow a business guest (Embassy personnel) to enter room. Threats and extortionate demands at 1 o'clock on Saturday, b/c a business guest went upstairs to collect documents. Did not happen at Hyatt or Hilton. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Greedy, inadequately dressed "manager" abusive in front of business contact in middle of Saturday afternoon. Would never use for business travel.

Nice clean hotel with great reception service
Great staff at the reception, in particular Eduard - he was quick and very helpful to all my colleagues and myself several times, I would consider to promote him to observe the younger staff (great but to be trained better at the breakfast). Oldijon at the restaurant was also great! It’s a clean (and excellent covid protocol) hotel with great service and good Internet. At some point there was a technical issues with TV (although I don’t watch TV it was a pity to miss BBC news). Stayed there twice (the second time was for a week) and would prefer to stay there next time.

年末の滞在であったためか朝食はブッフェではなく、注文制でした。分量や選択の幅が分からず、調理時間もかかったので煩わしかったです。ただ、しぼりたてのオレンジジュースは非常に美味しかったです。各国の大型ホテルと概ね同様のサービスのようですので、個人経営ホテルと上手く組み合わせると快適でしょう。
