Gelegen in het hart van Tavira! Een ruim appartement op de begane grond met 2 slaapkamers en airconditioning in de woonkamer, slaapkamers en keuken. Woongedeelte is voorzien van satelliet-tv, dvd-speler en gashaard met een goed uitgeruste keuken en 2 badkamers (ensuite en main). Het appartement heeft een lift naar het dakterras, een ondergrondse parkeergarage en twee andere verdiepingen. Het appartement heeft een groot terras met uitzicht op prachtige tuinen. De patio heeft tuinmeubilair met een grote tafel met 5 stoelen en 2 ligstoelen. Het heeft een prachtig groot dakterras (30 vierkante meter) met spectaculair uitzicht over de oude stad Tavira en de zee. Het ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Tavira (exact 8 minuten), dicht bij alle voorzieningen, waaronder bars, supermarkten, restaurants, cafés, banken, trein- en busstation. Op een goede locatie voor toegang tot een verbazingwekkende 4 mijl lange stranden met gouden stranden. Vanaf de luchthaven Faro duurt het 20-30 minuten naar het appartement aan de A22.

Gut gelegenes, großzügiges und gut eingerichtetes Appartment

Schönes großes Appartment, sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Sauberkeit sehr gut, Kommunikation durch Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, aber auch mit Eigentümer direkt problemlos. Lage vorteilhaft, da immer freie Parkplätze vor dem Haus und nur kurzer Fußweg in die Altstadt. Terrasse sehr schön groß, wenn auch mit Blick zum Innenhof, aber morgens zum Frühstück sitzt man in der Sonne (im März war es noch nicht so warm und sehr angenehm).

Back in our neighborhood

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Weare very familiar with the area since we have stayed inthe complex before. The location was great, easy walk to town. The area is quiet, yet close to town. We had anissue with the heating, however, Chris was great in resolving that very quickly.

Everything you need

Comfortable apartment with good WiFi, new kitchen appliances and lovely terrace. Easy walk into the city, Jorge and Lias restaurant is literally 2 mins walk, definitely worth a visit.

Great Apartment

A lovely ground floor apartment to stay in for a break in Tavira, plenty of space inside and out. We had an issue when we arrived with cracked tiles on the patio but this had already been reported and a builder was sorting the issue. Well worth booking plus Tavira is a beautiful town to visit.

Lovely week

Having had the pleasure of staying in this apartment before, we came back to enjoy a lovely week in a confortable place, equipped with everything you need for a week's vacation, with a patio where one can spend some time relaxing, especially in the evenings. 3 Weeks in Tavira

We absolutely loved this place! We walked the whole city from here. The property was clean and the property manager was incredibly responsive. The large courtyard was blissful in the morning and evening and a 2 min walk to the Secret Restaurant put things over the top. Would not hesitate to recommend staying here!! Adeus, Don and Joani

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this apartment. It is beautifully presented and really well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great: 5 mins walk to the train station, same for Lidl, and 5 mins to the centre. A charming place.

Almost,but not quite.

Firstly i would like to thank the owners for accommodating our extra day,thank you.Check in was easy with a nice lady to meet us and explain/answer any questions. The apartment is in a decent location with parking outside(we had travelled there in our camper) The apartment itself was clean and tidy with a good size bed that was nice and comfortable.The shower was good and all towels were good quality. We couldn't work out how to use the fire(no instructions]so had to make do with the aircon unit for the heating(its in several rooms)We found it to make the place a bit stuffy so ended up not using it(this was December) The kitchen seems well equipped but the oven needs changing,total waste of time trying to cook anything,everything else was ok. Around the property,there are a few missing bulbs/lights and a loose socket in the front room.Things that should be noticed and sorted ,after all,we pay a service fee. We had an afternoon on the room terrace(broken door handle)No furniture to use,we borrowed (and returned) some chairs from over the wall.Could do with a bbq up there,would have been a nice touch. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.Sort the little things out and the apartment would be perfect.

The property was approximately 13 minutes from historical centre. Cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. Unit very comfortable beds and furniture. Well equipped unit with lovely terrace. Washing machine a challenge but eventually managed it. Hosts very responsive to any requests.

Lovely apartment

The apartment is really spacious and nicely furnished.comfortable bed and great bathrooms. Tavira is a lovely old town 10 minutes walk away. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes. Tavira island is beautiful, only 2.50€ return on the ferry. The terrace is very nice, it was very hot while we were there unfortunately the parasol was broken so there was no shade. We got bitten by mosquitoes so take some repellent! We had a great time.

Lovely apartment close to everything

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was very comfortable and within walking distance to the Old Town Center where there were several amazing restaurants, shops, and views to enjoy. The bed was very comfortable and the AC in each room was wonderful. It also had a washer/dryer that came in very handy for our extended visit to the Algarve (a bit tricky to figure out if you’re not European, but after a few guesses we got it down). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Fully equipped apartment in wonderful Tavira

We had a great stay in this fully equipped and clean apartment. Great communication, we don't have any complaints. Parking is very easy, however all the great sights in Tavira are accessible by foot.

Excelente estancia en Tavira

Hemos estado 5 días en Tavira y el apartamento de Clive&Lucy es muy acogedor. Luminoso, limpio y completo en detalles para hacer una estancia agradable. La ubicación es muy buena y el centro se encuentra a poco mas de 10 minutos andando. Se puede aparcar frente a la casa sin problemas. La comunicación con Christine ha sido muy buena. En resumen, una estancia muy recomendable. A+++++

Appartement très agréable avec super terrasse, idéalement situé, à 10 minutes à pied du centre animé. Plein de bon restos et centre commercial à proximité, de même que de ravissants sites, plages et villages à visiter. Communication facile avec les propriétaires. Super vacances!
