The master bedroom, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a baby cot, boasts ample wardrobes and refreshing air conditioning. A bright bathroom features white cabinets and a simple walk-in shower, adjacent to the second bedroom offering two cosy single beds—perfect for the ideal family retreat.



OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE

The open-plan living space beckons with a stylish dining table, providing the ideal setting for shared meals. An additional relaxation area, equipped with a sofa bed and a second TV, ensures comfort for extra guests. The galley kitchenette offers all the essential amenities including a washing machine, microwave, tabletop oven and grill, and various small appliances. The lounge is a vibrant hub, featuring internet, air conditioning, and two plush sofas in a bright and light room. Slide open the back door to reveal a small, elevated patio, perfect for delightful breakfasts.



OUTSIDE AMENITIES

For your leisure enjoyment, the communal pool is a simple 2 minutes walk where the facilities are well-tended and include sunbeds, garden space and a snack bar. The adjoining tennis court can also be hired for small charge, creating an ideal day of activities for children and adults alike! The trip into town is a short car ride, or a 20-minute walk, where you will find all the delights that Tavira town and its gorgeous beach island have to offer.

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is on the ground floor. Car parking is on-street, with no charge.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
