This apartment enjoys a tranquil rural location in a tiny hamlet at the foot of Dartmoor’s White Tor, meaning that guests are able to enjoy miles of walks directly from the front door of the property. The property isn’t completely remote though, as just a short drive away lies the historic town of Tavistock, with its market, boutique shops, bistros, pubs, and cafes. The property’s mid-Devon location means that it is possible to reach both the north and south coasts of Cornwall in under an hour, and of particular interest, are the fishing village of Looe, King Arthur’s Tintagel, and the National Trust village of Boscastle.

This ground-floor studio style apartment is spacious and has a light and airy feel to it. The bedroom area of the apartment has its own space to one end of the property, and has a comfortable king size bed with stylish bedside lamps and tables. The open-plan living area is directly opposite the bedroom area, where the sofa makes a relaxing place to curl up and watch the Smart TV. There is also a dining table for two which is situated next to the kitchen area. Nothing is lacking here and guests will be pleased to find everything they will need to feel at home, including an oven, hob, coffee machine, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and washing machine. There is a shower room with WC and heated towel rail.

Outside there is an exclusive patio seating area and guests are also able to use the one acre of shared gardens where you will find seating areas. Covered storage is available for bikes.
