'We had an amazing stay at the Craigatin House - John is an excellent host - very personable, helpful and he'll book dinner reservations if you like! 'Run don't walk and book Poplars, it was a lovely stay! Nancy welcomed us like long lost friends and made us feel at home. A beautiful property, we stayed on the top floor overlooking the mountains and rooftops of Pitlochry. So many personal touches and the property is immaculate. The guest lounge is warm and inviting too! Our stay was perfect. Breakfast was wonderful and make sure you try the porridge with whiskey! Run, don't walk.. a glorious guest house stay.'

'Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful setting. Spacious and comfortable, with pretty views. The restaurant was amazing (vegan and gluten free options too), and the grocery store/gift shop on site was a great feature (vegan, gluten free options at the store as well). We will definitely be back and would highly recommend! The golf course was excellent as well. We stayed in 12B Maxwells.'

'The old hotel is now a room-only hotel with no facilities, and the cost reflects that. My wee room was in the attic, up a lot of stairs (no lift) under the eaves, recently redecorated and scrupulously clean. It had a comfy bed, enough storage for me, and the cozy bathroom had a bathtub, and limitless hot water.'
