'Wonderful hotel, vieuw of the golfcourse was amazing'

'Fabulous place in a beautiful setting. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with excellent storage and a lovely en-suite shower room. We were fortunate that the weather was good enough that the walk from the room (a Woodland lodge) to the hotel for meals was pleasant but an umbrella as provided jut in case! 'Toen we toekwamen schrokken we er al van dat we de parking nog moesten betalen, ondanks we al een kamer betaald hadden. £5 valt nog mee, maar is overbodig als gast van het hotel. De kamer zelf was ruim en mooi in orde. De badkamer was ook netjes. Hier kunnen we niets op zeggen. Het restaurant was gesloten toen wij er verbleven, dus het avondeten ging door in de bar. 'This bed and breakfast does the job- a good nights sleep and a hearty breakfast. It is showing its age but there is evidence of renovation and a strong smell of recent paint. So to the owners credit they are investing in updates and care about their customers. I was travelling so only needed a good nights sleep. I did walk to a nearby Indian and had no concerns about my safety. I would use again on my travels as it is value for money and updating.'
