In the heart of Old Tbilisi
Great hotel in the heart of old town Tbilisi. Short walk to the sulfur baths. The room was comfortable - only real complaint was that the shower door didn't seal well, so we had a bit of water on the floor each time after showering. A nice balcony to sit out on in the evenings (or mornings). They picked us up from the airport and gave us some chacha when we checked in (at 7am!). The gate keeps the road quiet. The hill up is steep, but doable - though it would be good to be picked up and dropped off when you have your luggage! We enjoyed our stay.

There aren't enough words for how exceptional this beautiful hotel is. VERY comfortable bed! Very pretty little hotel. Room compact, but nicely furnished, with character. Staff generally very nice, polite, and helpful. After returning to the hotel after watching New Year fireworks we were invited into the bar to chat with the owner and receptionist – and welcomes back with New Year snacks and sparkling wine. The owner was genuinely interested in what we thought, how we found, and why we booked her hotel. It was obvious she and her staff cared about the hotel and customers. Hotel is up a small (steep) side street – call the hotel to get through the barrier at the bottom of the hill if you are in a car – with some fun and interesting narrow alleyways and staircases nearby to get you to the baths (downhill) or fortress (uphill). Generally quiet, but a little music leaked in from somewhere one evening. Would stay again!

Everyone in the hotel is so nice! There’s a personal touch that we didn’t experience in previous 3 hotels we stayed in Georgia during our road trip. Any issues are fixed on the spot, great communication with staff. Special thanks to Sofia, the mgr, she runs the place very well. On our wedding day they prepared some surprises for us which was unexpected and lovely! I highly recommend to spend some nights there, great location is obvious.

Top luxury in a small picturesque hotel
Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The rooms very cosy and clean. Some fantastic view over the city from the windows and balcony and no trafic. Slightly steep to get to the hotel from street level, but then there are some touristic local stairways from another entry, which make it an easy way to get there.

ein ort wo man gut und zentral übernachten kann
sehr zentral in der altstadt gelegen und doch erstaunlich ruhig, die zufahrtstrasse hat einen schlagbaum und ist zudem eine sackgasse. in gehdistanz sind die touristen hotspots so ziemlich alle zu erreichen. die zimmer und auch das bad eher klein aber gemütlich eingerichtet. wenige zimmer haben kein! fenster, unbedingt bei der buchung darauf achten. das hotel hat eine ganz kleine dachterasse mit sitzmöglichkeiten, schöner blick über die dächer. etwas unglücklich dabei ist, das zwei zimmer ebenfalls direkt ihren sitzplatz dort haben oder man halt in die zimmer schauen könnte. das personal ist top, immer für fragen offen und sehr nett. das frühstück lokal ausgerichtet und auch westlich orientiert. es hat alles was es braucht. die kleine bar ist wenig frequentiert, da im umkreis cafes, bars und restaurants in hülle und fülle zu finden sind.

Designhotell mitt i historiska stadskärnan
Fint inredda rum mitt i den historiska stadskärnan! Man kan inte hitta ett bättre läge. Om man kommer med bil kan det dock vara lite meckigt att ta sig uppför den branta backen och hitta en parkering på den smala gatan. Personalen är otroligt hjälpsam och frukosten är lika god varje morgon med möjlighet att välja till äggrätter eller gröt förutom den vanliga buffén som varjerar. När vi anlände var rummet klart förutom sängkläder, vilka har inte levererats än. Ingen större skada skett och vi har fått en möjlighet att välja till två täcken istället för ett, vilket uppskattas. Vi har bott på andra hotellen i staden och denna är en absolut favorit!

Lux boutique style with exceptional service.
Kisi is in a fantastic location in Old Tbilisi, walking distance to the many sights in the area, and perched on a hill that affords spectacular views. The design is well thought out and has real charm and character. And it's practical as well. The windows are sound proof. It is a small place where the exceptionally friendly staff gets to know you right away and makes sure you are having a good stay. There is also an excellent chef who prepares the delicious breakfast and other meals. Honestly, in a city known for its food, this place had some of the best I've had in Georgia. The bar and front desk staff all took the time to get to know me and to make my stay unforgettable. I will be looking forward to staying here again. Make sure to call ahead if you have trouble walking up hills as the street is blocked to traffic, which makes it more pedestrian friendly and quiet. The hotel can grant access to the street to a taxi if you want a ride right to the front door. I chose to walk up and down the hill. It's not terribly far. But if you have mobility issues or are traveling with someone elderly, then it's good to know this is an option.

Уютный красивый отель в центре
Милый бутик-отель в Старом Городе. Уютные пространства, для недолгого проживания. Нам достался малюсенький номер с выходом на террасу. Для ночевки-отлично, на несколько дней я бы не остался, ввиду того, что развернуться в номере почти невозможно)) Прям вспомнил парижские отельчикив центре))

Would Not Stay Here Again
As others have mentioned, the hotel itself is quaint and nicely decorated. What I did not realize when I booked is how high up a steep hill it is. This is a huge inconvenience when one comes back after a day of sightseeing an already hilly city. Furthermore, the hotel is located on a street that has no direct car access (one must phone in advance to have them open up the street). Since we did not know this, nor did we have a phone to make such a call, we were forced to carry our suitcases up this very steep hill. The staff is friendly enough, though I would not say they are particularly helpful. When we tried to get advice about possible day trips we could join, they were only willing to tell us about the private tours offered by the hotel. As was the case in other Tbilisi scenarios, one ends up feeling like those providing services are trying to take advantage. All in all, I found the hotel to be nice and cozy, but would not stay here again. The location is not good at all - in my opinion - with there being plenty of better options at the bottom of the hill on either side of the river.

What A fantastic Lovely hotel and Freindly staff
Fantastic Hotel Friendly Staff/ Thanks to the Bartender "George" and all the lovely hotel receptionist, they were all very helpfull and nice. Cozy Room Great Location Good Breakfast Fast Wife Man just go for it.... : )
