One word: horrible. This was one of the worst hotels i've been to so far. We got an "upgrade" to a junior suite because our original room had problems. which we thought was nice but upon entering the room realised it was probably the last room left. The room was located on the ground floor next to the reception which ment you could literally hear everything. The room smelled AWEFUL especially the mold invested bathroom. Its like sleeping in the sewer and not having windows to open up did not help, eventually we bought our own freshener and deodorant to spray the room but those could not mask the smell. Further on we never got any cleaning during our 3 night stay and had to ask for new towels and shampoos and toilet paper every night which the angry and moody receptionists did not hand very welcoming. We could hear the staff clipping their nails and upon entering the reception the nails were all over the desk, gross. But the worst part was the smell, my mom puked one night because of it. The airco was also not working and so were half of the lights in the room.

I had a room on the ground floor next to reception. It was so loud I couldn’t sleep and got maximum 10hrs sleep in 5 days. I was exhausted. I wouldnt recommend this hotel - instead look at Envoy Hostel. You can get a private room, it’s quiet and it’s much nicer than this hotel. Overall, a very poor experience.

Comfortable place with friendly staff
Here are the sugestion to pick this hotel
1. The location. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, but it is not noisy
2. Staff. Peaple working in this hotel are very kind and frienly. Checking in was very fast. The other women Gayane come with us and show the room. During her visit she noticed that napkins are missing and immidiatly bring tham. Thank a lot to kintchen lady Nara. She cooked everything with love and everthing was very tasty. It is not my first stay in 3 star hotel in Tbilisi and the this was the best one in my opinion.
3. Comfort. You can find everything you need in this hotel. There are evan toothbrash and toothpaste available. We asked for an iron and they provided it immidiatly
In strongly suggest this hotel as the and quality was suitable

Great location.nice pools.good breakfast.good casino.but not a nice view .just a 4 story hotel.too short to enjoy the sea view.a bit old.

Good location but...
Staff is very bad. First day room was not available, so they sent us to another hotel! Without explanation or apology. The next day we received a room after waitingagain for a solution. Room was nice and clean. No information about hotel and facilities was given, so 2 days we almost were left without breakfast.
At the end, they asked for payment.., we Have already paid it and they knew it.

The hotel is friendly, and in an excellent location in the Old Town. The breakfast terrace has good views. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The facilities and general upkeep were not so good. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel is good value.

Could have been so much better
I had a perfectly nice stay. The room was big and the hotel is central Iocated. I was deeply frustrated, though, that the hotel’s Wi-fi connection was dreadful (barely operational) and the hotel did not take debit cards, meaning I had to withdraw a load of money from the ATM in order to pay. The bed was comfortable but the air conditioning in the room didn’t work properly. The stay could have been so much better.

Cheap hotel in the middle of town
This small hotel has a very central location in old Tbilisi. However, it's a bit tricky to find in the narrow streets. It is cheap and you'll get what you pay for. Room is cosy and has good beds. Breakfast is just two pieces of bread, a slice of cheese and sausage, an egg and tea or coffee. Very good wifi. In the bathroom the drain is in the middle of the floor, so the whole floor is wet after showering especially when the drain does not work.

Litet men prisvärt
Hotellet är väldigt litet och ligger på en bakgata i Old Town. Vi kom mitt i natten från flyget och fick bra hjälp. Rummet var rent och fint men standarden var inte topp,särskilt inte badrummet, och sängen hård. Dock mycket prisvärt och vänlig personal.

Near to tourist points
Nice location and good service on demand.Just needs intercom phone in room to call reception for room service and needs more variety in vegitarian breakfast.Overall it’s okay as tourist points are nearby.
