Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Old Tbilisi and several major tourist attractions. There are also many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Although the property is situated on a quiet road, the bar directly opposite the hotel created frequent late‑night noise from people talking loudly. The room was spacious, and complimentary bottled water was provided daily. Both the hotel premises and the room were very clean, and housekeeping was consistently well maintained. The bed was comfortable, though the bathroom was quite small. Wi‑Fi was unreliable, which appears to be a common issue in Georgia. The power also went out multiple times during the night, which was unsettling as a solo female traveller. My main concern was the staff. I felt they could have been significantly friendlier and more helpful. It would also be beneficial if they provided clearer information about hotel facilities and practical details for guests.
