Goede locatie en uitzicht.
De staat van de kamer stelde teleur. De kapstokroede was om 5 uur in de ochtend spontaan en met veel kabaal naar beneden gevallen. Volgende dag hersteld, maar ik verwachtte meer van zulk hotel en zulke prijs.

Biltmore Hotel is a beautiful place to stay, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is in the center of the unique Tbilisi city on a very green street. We got sick with Covid 19 and the staff did everything possible to accommodate all our needs. They called doctors and delivered medication and food to our doors. I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful hotel.

Thanks to Ms.Anna and Khatoon for there nice recipients and help. The only thing is that they refused to let me use the mini bar refrigerator for personal use. Nice view and delicious food from room service arabic tv channels and big room.

We would like to inform you that leaving a deposit for extra charges (mini bar, room service, laundry etc.) is a usual practice for the hotels of our level. On the other hand, mini bars are closed. Also be noted, mini bars cannot be used as refrigerator, it is only for cooling beverages. The refrigerator is not considered in five star hotels as they are usually met in apartments or family guest houses. We assure you that all our line staff speak English. Your note regarding the mattress is already communicated with relevant department head and actions will be taken. The building, staff, restaurant, and everything else about your facility are all wonderful. By far the best hotel in Tbilisi! The building is one of the former Georgian Parliament buildings and is absolutely marvelous. The technology and all furnishings are all modern and refined.

Do not lodge here. They have a weird policies
I ordered for a food through the Bolt app and they didn’t allow the courier to bring the food up to me, I explained to them that I’m about to take my shower and if someone can bring the food to me, that would be fine. And Receiptionist had to tell me that it’s the hotel policy. A policy that only favor the hotel they mean, cause the guest didn’t order the food from them. You don’t expect a guest to pay that amount of money and you still won’t allow order to come up. This is the first time I’m facing this issue. I had to tell them to return the food back to the restaurant. I don’t expect anyone who doesn’t eat their local food to lodge in this hotel if you would be ordering food from outside. So sad for a 5 star hotel to places that policy.

The property is located in a very great place, it is very clean and staff were friendly. However, I was expecting a higher degree of hospitality from a 5 star hotel. I booked two separate room, one for my recently married friend and his wife and one for myself. I contacted the hotel to have a honeymoon package ready for my friends case, however, they returned to me when my friend and his wife were already checked in. Basically they basically ruined my surprise plan for my friend. In a five star hotel, we could not find a shoe polish, or cleaning rug, neither we could find a tooth paste nor a tooth brush. Aside from this, the rest of the things were good.
