'Very clean place. Only notable thing is the furniture. As stated in other reviews, the pictured furniture is not what is there in the kitchen/living room. Its not high end quality but served its purpose. Overall a nice place to stay especially close access to the nearby softball complex.'

'House was very nice, well updated. Had what I would anticipate for a VRBO when it comes to items in the kitchen. The space downstairs was awesome! We loved the oversized beanbag and big screen TV.We enjoyed getting to know the neighbors, as they shared tips and favorite places to go in Sioux Falls. Great city! 'Stayed at this property while attending a concert in Sioux Falls with my teenage girls and some friends. It was ideal. 15 minutes from stadium. Kids loved being able to get ready together rather than in separate hotel rooms. Great property. Communication with owner was fabulous, extremely responsive. Would recommend. '

'I booked the day prior to arrival due to the prior location's host cancelling unexpectedly! Nick was easy to communicate with and answered my questions promptly. The property was comfortable for the three of us. The futon style sofa bed really could not sleep two people over the age of 10. I will stay there again when I am in the area. "Leuke accommodatie voor een nacht in Sioux Falls. De Falls zelf vielen wat tegen, echt een aangelegd park, een prachtige kathedraal (wel een flinke klim) qua hotel is het prima. Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer en fijne douche. Ergerlijk is wel het overdag continue aanwezig zijn van de toeterende treinen, want er zijn veel onbewaakte overgangen, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Ontbijt prima en een compliment voor de (72 jarige) ontbijtzaalmedewerker. Dat doet ze prima! "
