'As the name correctly indicates, it's quite a magical place. Lovely owner and staff. Chilled and positive vibe. Great location. Can only recommend. Only small remark would be the sound isolation of the room, which could be better. Although generally it's quiet, so you'd be more than fine.'

'The Hotel is under construction and you are sharing one elevator with construction equipment and staff. There is no bellman, no room service no restaurant. The staff is polite but not customer service oriented or hotel experienced. Maybe in a few years when the hotel is more settled it can become something nice in Cali. The hotel should be fully functional before opening the rooftop pool is in the middle of a full construction site. '

'Fue una excelente experiencia , el lugar es muy limpio, tranquilo y la seguridad es algo muy importante para la administration del hotel. Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa. La administration del hotel es un personal muy atento y estan muy pendientes de todo lo que nesecites, ofrecen muy buen servicio al cliente. '

'Staff was very friendly, one of the best location to stay in Cali. The wifi was fair. I will come for sure again but will make sure to ask for a room at 1st or 2nd ground. Ground floor there can be some noise from the restaurant at night till late.'
