'This is a great accommodation. Room is spacious, comfortable and updated. Our room was above the Bistro which was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day and coffee and breakfast in the morning. Visit the Brolio Castle for great valley views. Wine tasting at Ricasoli is excellent. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Finally Osteria Brolio the on site restaurant is worth trying good food well prepared. 'Very nice relaxing place with beautiful view on Siena and Tuscan landscapes. Restaurant of the hotel was really good, food and prices. There are 2 pools, one dedicated to kids so adults can relax at the other pool. The bar was very nice too with a friendly bartender who introduced us to the typical cantucci cookies from Siena.'

"The surroundings of the house are most beautiful, but the house itself was a disappointment. It was very hot, only during the night with the help of a ventilator the temperature was about 28 degrees. The insect screens did not function well: within 2 days I had more than 50 insect bites which spoiled my days. The furniture is rather out of date: especially the small chairs are ramshackle. If I had known these facts before I should not have rented the house."
