'Novotel Sorocaba was a nice enough business hotel. What I didn't like was: 1. Poor elevator maintenance. Issues were mentioned to hotel staff but over three days weren't fixed. 2. Impracticality of bathroom door design in my room. Just silly half-doors that block the hallway in the room. Door to the toilet also poorly arranged. I've never experienced such a poorly-designed door arrangement in a modern hotel. 3. Windows let too much traffic noise into the room. 4. No 110V shaver point...

'Terrible hotel, room dirty , bathroom smell urine, beds cause alergy , sheets unlikely washed and dirty carpet , noise AC over the bed. Room is huge but that’s the only positive. Wouldn’t stay there even for free!!'

'It was a complete mess. I booked an Ibis, but you have to enter through the Novotel, go down to the garage, and then take another elevator on the other side of the garage. Nobody explains anything properly; several people were lost in the garage, not knowing where the elevator was! Check-in was a complete mess; they couldn't find my reservation. Never again!'
