'I have stayed here many times, but this time there were several things. Lamp switch was broken, tv did not function properly, it was dirty just outside the door and the worst thing was, the shower got cold very soon.

'The Grove is a great little hotel with a few good restaurants and pubs around. Our room was immaculate ave beautifully decorated. The pillows and the bed however were not super comfortable (we were both rolling towards the middle). The room we had looked into an indoor garage under construction so we had no way to know what kind of weather it was outside.
There is a nice little lounge area with free tea and coffee by the front desk. Staff was extremely nice and helpful,'

'We stayed a week at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The suites are large very well appointed both bathroom and kitchen (stovetop, large microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, sink). The staff were extremely professional and incredibly competent. The breakfast was fantastic and varied every day of our stay. I didn't patronize the bar, but one is available and it looks very clean and sleek.
