'Kamers zijn oud en gedateerd. Bijvoorbeeld geen stopcontact bij bed.'

'good'

'I was very impressed with all of the staff that I interacted with as well as the facility in general. I especially very much appreciated the extra effort and excellent attitude that I experienced from the front desk staff. The room was very spacious and well designed for use as a remote office space as well as a place for rest. The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the sit down restaurant. I would definitely book a room here again the next time I'm in Almaty, which is probably the best...

'Clean rooms ina quiet hotel. Good location with restaurants and coffee shops in the area. My friends and I stayed twice.'

'Very nice and cosy hotel, in Kazakh style. Rooms are beautifully decorated, and the restaurant is really nice with music too. Breakfast was meny-style. Amenities in room were also enough and plenty, minibar in room and safe etc. Especially I liked the hair-drier!!! The hotel is very modern, the service staff are really nice and extraordinarily helpful at all times. The only thing would be that hotel has no elevator, but it’s ok as staff will assist with luggage to your room. The area and...

'It was a simple accommodation with only 7 rooms (not sure why it is called a hotel). There was a new facade extension to the entrance for cafe, so the entrance was not so obvious and mismatch the photos in Expedia and Google Map. The staff was friendly and helpful even though there was language barrier. The room was clean and complete. The toilet was okay except the basin area, which is smaller than an Asian lady shoulder width. Dotysk Plaza is just minutes away by foot, there is also convenient...

'It’s quiet and clean . For its money it’s really good place '

'Kind staff'
