Goed hotel!
Ik ben al zeker voor de 6e keer in dit hotel. Onze trainingen vinden hier plaats. Dit keer was het hotel vol met kerst vierende gasten in diverse zalen, we hadden zelf ook een kerstdiner, en iedere keer valt het op hoe behulpzaam het personeel is. Consistent en overal, bij receptie, in restaurant, room service, tijdens onze presentaties voor extra bekabeling. Top personeel en een zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Op loopafstand een heel groot winkelcentrum

Very convenient for Telford railway station or events at the International Centre. Rooms are nice and fairly large but quite warm in summer as no air-conditioning

Very disappointing. The staff do not look too happy. The rooms are not the cleanest, another customer was asking for her room to be changed In the morning due to the smell/ stains on the wall? Room next door had a couple making loud noises all night It is just a very depressing/run down place once you enter unfortunately.

The main reason we booked was that we fancied a swim after driving and the website said pool included. However, after paying I enquired how to get to the pool only to be told it was being refurbished. I would have opted for an alternative property.

The area around the hote, station l and convention centre was designed for cars making it difficult, time consuming and dangerous to negotiate on foor.

I tend to use this hotel every time I visit Telford due to it's location and car park , and usually really good prices and pool . This time as usual great easy parking, staff lovely, it seemed as though they'd had a spruce up too since we last went. Unfortunately the pool wasn't in use due to ongoing works which I'm sure wasn't mentioned on booking, my lad was gutted.....then we went to the room , third floor ...my advice although room lovely and fine ..the attic type location and roof isn't good and the windows are useless as you can head every single passing car which kept me up most the night unfortunately....it again was a good price and we do love the location to town .

Great location, close to shopping mall and lots of restaurants. Nice, quiet hotel. Small and practical gym just disappointed the pool was under maintenance and their website didn’t say so in advance. Other than that great.

Ramada
A nice hotel with friendly and accommodation staff, the room looked like it had recently been decorated and was very nice and clean, as was the bedding. The selection of drinks at the bar needs reviewing, as a beer drinker there is only Camden pale ale, while okay is not particularily a good beer, perhaps a notable brewer like Tetley or John Smiths. Like wise the lagers too!

Friendly staff, rock hard bed and w**d smell
I have often stayed in this hotel, but this time was disappointing. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor than the double bed in the room. The lower corridor where rooms 100 - 130 had a powerful smell of w**d on both days of my visit. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, and the large car park was free.

The cost was heavy, I was charged twice for breakfast later refunded after i took the time to complain (3 calls). Reception allegedly ordered me a taxi for a venue 100 yards away, never been there before. Had to remin the reception staff 3 times while I waited 20 minutes. Requested an invoice to my email and required to remind before received.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, spacious and close to plenty of shopping and food options. Good gym. My only complaint as the heating was on all the time and I didn't know how to turn it down/off

Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool, great breakfast although toaster was ineffective- put bread through 3 times for warm bread! Evening meal reasonable. Just disappointed that I thought we had booked B&B, we still had to pay extra for the breakfast. Great setting with peaceful atmosphere, would recommend.
