The three bedroom residences are 1800 square feet, offer two master bedrooms with en suite master baths. There is one king bed in each master bedroom (or the option to split one king into two twin beds). Each master bathroom has a jetted spa tub. The third bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with a steam shower across the hall. Each residence includes a fully equipped high-end kitchen, living and dining area, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room. Sleeps 8.

Franz Klammer Lodge charges a Nightly Usage fee and a Departure Cleaning fee. Midweek and daily unit cleaning are available for a fee. The Nightly Usage fee covers the services and amenities at the resort, and the Departure Cleaning fee is for the cleaning services the staff performs after a Member or guest checks out.
