All will enjoy easy access to everything in Telluride from this centrally located corner property! It's just a block from the gondola, ski lifts, restaurants, shops & trails...literally the most perfect location in Telluride! The home was newly repainted on the exterior and has a lovely fresh look.
Four spacious bedrooms offer sleeping for up to 8 people very comfortably. The home has 2 King, 1 Queen & 4 Bunk Beds. We prefer to only have 2 adults or older teens in bunk room, but could possible have 4 if smaller kids...please inquire if interested. Each bedroom includes ensuite full bathrooms with walk-in showers. The Primary Bedroom includes stand alone soaking tub, a steam shower, Toto bidet, plus a balcony with gorgeous mountain views.
The spacious gourmet kitchen is perfect for preparing breakfast before adventuring into the great outdoors, or whatever you choose to do! It includes, Wolf gas stove/oven, Sub-Zero fridge/freezer, Sub-Zero wine fridge, Vitamix and many other items that will make it a breeze to whip up tasty meals!
When it's chilly, get cozy by the fireplace in the living room. The living room also includes a hidden large screen TV. Just use the remote to turn on the TV to watch it rise up out of the side cabinet, ready for you to view your favorite show or a movie! There are Sonos speakers in the living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom and outdoor patio. For additional entertainment, there are several games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!
After a fun filled day, unwind in the hot tub, located on the patio, with your favorite tunes playing through the Sonos speakers! During winter, two outdoor heaters will help keep you comfortable while enjoying a coffee or other beverage, taking in the mountain views! And we can't forget the front porch or the balcony for enjoying those mountain views too!
