THE SPACE:

Fresh off a remodel with new furniture, kitchen, paint and more, this Telluride townhome is a fantastic basecamp for couples and families alike. All bedrooms are on the upper level with the main level designed for dining, socializing and taking in the views from the living room balcony. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a double bunk above in addition to a twin trundle if needed. There is a breakfast bar in addition to a dining room table. An adjacent and open living room provides ample seating and there is a fresh wall mounted TV for movie nights. A large 2-car garage is connected to the home for gear storage and there are two off street parking spots in your private driveway as well.

Walk to the Chondola (in winter) and the base of Lift 1 in minutes! Ski almost directly to your door (see photos) in winter and hike to downtown Telluride or the Village Core in summer! There is a children's park across the street and a bust top for the local Galloping Goose nearby as well.

GETTING AROUND:

Guests can jump on the gondola in minutes and be connected to the village core and the connecting gondola into downtown Telluride in minutes! (winter only) There is a free shuttle that runs every few minutes as well as a free Dial-A-Ride service that will pick you up at your front door and whisk you anywhere in the Mountain Village. There are also a variety of hiking and biking trails directly outside your door that connect to downtown Telluride, Mountain Village or the greater San Juan Wilderness. Trails Maps included in your digital house manual!
