Splendid Home in the Heart of Telluride Town

  • Exquisite Warm-Modern Residence in the Heart of Telluride
Perfectly positioned in the most coveted location in Telluride Town, this newly reimagined historic residence offers an extraordinary blend of heritage architecture and refined modern luxury. Originally the town’s Telephone Exchange (1903–1922), the home has been meticulously transformed into a sophisticated warm-modern retreat unlike anything else in town.
Thoughtfully curated, the interiors showcase first-class finishes throughout — hand-cut artisan tile, reclaimed oak flooring, Venetian plaster walls, natural stone accents, and layered architectural detailing that create a serene yet elevated alpine aesthetic.
Spanning 3,200 square feet, the home offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bath, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest.
The second-story deck provides expansive mountain views and outdoor dining, with space prepared for a hot tub installation. After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in the private hot tub and take in the crisp mountain air.

Unmatched Location: -One block to Main Street (Colorado Avenue)
-Three and a half blocks to the Telluride Gondola
-Steps from world-class dining, shopping, and festivals
    -Elevated Amenities
    -Dedicated entertainment/media room
-Sonos sound system throughout the entire home
-Peloton bike for private fitness sessions
    -Private hot tub
    -State-of-the-art appliances and smart-home features

This is a rare offering: a one-of-a-kind historic structure brought to life with modern sophistication, located in Telluride’s most desirable address. Walk everywhere. Ski with ease. Entertain in style.
An exceptional residence for guests who expect the very best in one of Colorado’s most iconic ski destinations.

Beautiful home in great location

Stayed here for Blues and Brews festival. Location was perfect since it was a short walk to the festival and also right off the main street in town where some late night shows were going on. House was in great condition and would be perfect for any occasion in Telluride.

Beautiful stay in Telluride

This beautiful home was perfect for my active family of 5 (3 teenage sons 13, 15, 17). Amazing location, easy walking distance to everything; restaurants, market, bars, gondola, coffee, hiking, Town Park, etc. House was well appointed, updated and Sherry was quick to respond & very helpful. Loved our stay here.

Location, Location, Location!

Fantastic place and very convenient to main street. While not advertised, it was nice to have a garage for a small car so we didn't have to park on the street. Beautiful home.

Great location, plenty of room, clean, house had nice finishes. The rooms got warm at night. Thermostats didn’t appear to be working accurately. Made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Messaged host as soon a we got to house about this, but didn’t get response until next morning. There was a little confusion about the key to get in house. There was no lockbox with key inside. We found it in an outlet box outside. The furniture could be better/cleaner. . Lots of stains on couch and chairs in living room. Felt a bit uncomfortable using those. Overall, great stay and worked well for our daughter’s getting ready location for her wedding party. Photos in home turned out nicely.

Family Christmas trip

Family Christmas in Telluride was fantastic and this property made it easy to be away from home. Location is perfect, easy walk to all restaurants and shopping as well as the gondola or Oak st lift for skiing. Home is upscale but comfortable, we made dinner most nights and found everything we needed. I would recommend this property and will be looking to use it again in the future.

Perfect as always!

This is our third summer to stay in this lovely home! We love it even more each time we stay! The location is perfect! All of the best restaurants, shops and even hikes are within a short walking distance! The house itself is such a treat, the decor is beautiful and the vibe is so calming and timeless. The owner and property manager clearly take good care of everything. I notice little changes and upgrades made each year. The owner is wonderful and responds to questions quickly and genuinely cares. We hope to return again and again!!

Best weekend ever

The house is immaculate. Renovations are stunning. The house is so warm and comfortable. Location could not be better for a stay in Telluride. Everything including the gondola to the ski village is less than a 5 minute walk. This is probably my favorite house I have ever rented in the most incredibly charming town I have ever visited. If you are considering Telluride, you should rent this house. We are counting down the days until we can rent it again. Owner provides a local contact that was very responsive and helpful. Truly a 5 star experience in a 5+ star home.

Premium property- perfect location!

What a find. This location is an easy walk to the gondola and all the fun restaurants and shops Telluride has to offer. This place was extremely well appointed, with nice extras (soft towels, bedding, two laundry areas, etc) and modern, sophisticated decor. Only issues were some challenges regulating the house temperature and figuring out how to use the coffee maker - but the property manager was very responsive. Also, couldn't fit our SUV into the garage, so ended up parking in garage down the street- not an issue b/c didn't need to use the car at all once we arrived. I would definitely stay here again- wonderful property!
