'We caught the host in a good mood and had a great time. The room is gigantic, shower is good and hot (see note). Breakfast is very good and the tour thru the garden was nice! Don;t go if you have no private transport. Location is way, way, way, away from anything.
NOTE: if you remove the shower head you will have tons and tons of _hot_ water. I hate water saving shower heads!'

'The staff was amazing! Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and polite. My wife felt a little sick to her stomach and they went out of their way several times to prepare a special tea that helped so much. In addition, the food was the best that we had after spending 5 days in Marrakesh.
The location was a perfect walking distance to the UNESCO site. '

'Adress in expedia is wrong. Contactnumber in expedia is wrong. Very old and dirty rooms.
Breakfast is not good and not on time. '

'I had a great stay in the ibis Ouarzazate hotel. Nice staff, if you had a question they were there to help you. I rented a car, but also without a car you can move by taxi.
Next to the hotel was 24/7 police, it felt really safe.
Good breakfast and I enjoyed the big swimming pool.
If I’m back in Ouarzazate I will be back'

'Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs.
Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. '
