Strict Noise Policy: As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours ( 10 pm-7 am) are strictly enforced. We kindly ask you to keep the noise level and loud chatter to a minimum, especially after 10 pm, out of respect for neighbors and city ordinances. LOUD drinking parties, strippers, loud behavior, or noise complaints are subject to a fine and/or immediate eviction without refund. Noise-aware sensors are installed on the premises for decibel readings only. We want you to enjoy your time, but respecting the neighborhood`s right to peaceful living is our number one priority.
No parties: Events or parties are not allowed without prior approval and are subject to an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking in the house or pet violations will result in an odor cleaning fee.
PARKING: up to 8 cars can fit comfortably in the driveway and the front of the garage. No cars can be parked on the property`s street.
DISCLAIMER: The use of the fireplace and fire pit is at your own risk. Running or any other unsafe activities are strictly prohibited. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times while in the backyard or front yard. Please shut all the doors properly while you are in or out.
Check out procedures:
1. Please place all used towels in the laundry room except sheets and comforters.
2. Rinse food residue before putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and run the cycle. Detergent is found under the kitchen sink.
3. Clean the BBQ grill after each use.
4. Empty out the fridge.
5. Remove all trash and place it in the outdoor trash bins by the driveway.
6. Push all chairs, sofas, cushions, and anything else you have moved back to their original location.
7. Turn off the thermostat.
8. Make sure that all stove burners, Oven, fire-pit, fireplace, and BBQ are turned off.
9. Double-check that all doors and windows are locked.
