Please note that properties in Wine Country run on propane to heat the pool or spa. Due to the high cost, we charge for the optional heating of the pool or spa:



Pool heat optional, heating to 75-83°F. Notify 48 hours before arrival. Pool heating charged for entire stay.



Spa heat: $100/day for up to 4 hours.

Seasonal heating rates:

Winter: $195/day + tax

Spring: $150/day + tax

Summer: $125/day + tax

Fall: $175/day + tax

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory fire evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

This was a beautiful location that exceeded our expectations and created such special memories for our family who was staying together for the wedding of our daughter. The host was very friendly and communicated well. The property was absolutely wonderful and had so much charm. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location to make our stay in Temecula so special!
