Unfortunately I chose this hotel as opposed to the Marriott because coming from San Diego for our sister's wedding, I was expecting the best hotel accommodations that I usually get with your hotel. My husband and I made our reservation via Expedia and called to verify it in order to save ourselves some time once we arrived in Murrieta with limited time to finish getting dressed and head over only to be told that someone was on break and they weren't sure if they had the king luxury room i paid for. they had no rooms ready and I explained that I needed to check in asap. they spent about 20 minutes standing around and waiting for the first person to go check if our room was cleaned, never asked the cleaning staff in the lobby, and it was over an hour that I was in tears because I repeatedly explained I needed to get ready, any room would do. they had casual conversations amongst themselves and other customers that were checking out and looking for a phone charger for someone stuck there and found one, then with a whole 10 minutes to get ready when i had to ask them to keep checking for a room... I was devastated, upset, and thank GOD the wedding started a little late. Then my card wouldnt unlock for the 75.00 incidentals and she wouldnt let me run up and get ready until after i unlockied my credit card, then your system messed up and was declining it until she got it to work. It didn't help that the food was horrible, cold, like our room- unacceptable.
