'Unfortunately this was not a very pleasant experience. The house was not very clean; the floor was extremely dirty & the plates had a grimy film on them. The yard was a mess! No grass just dirt with foxtails and many holes. There are planter boxes that have not been kept up, so full of weeds & very tired looking.'
