  • De luxe villa's Catalina Townhomes met een ongelooflijk uitzicht op de oceaan zijn gelegen in Potrero met uitzicht op Flamingo, de Catalina-eilanden en prachtige zonsondergangen op de Stille Oceaan. Villa Catalina Stadshuis # 10 heeft balkons uit elke kamer en perfect om te genieten van het prachtige uitzicht op de oceaan. Deze unit heeft de beste locatie en de standpunten binnen de Villa Catalina project. Het zwembad is dichtbij en de uitzichten zijn volledig vrij. Het pand was afgewerkt en ingericht met high-end meubels en is een van de beste huurwoningen in het gebied. U kunt genieten van een spectaculair uitzicht vanaf de infinity edge zwembad of maak een korte wandeling naar Playa Prieta en relaxen op het strand!

    De eigenaren hebben dit pand prachtig ingericht voor de omgeving en een fantastisch uitzicht te passen. Alle balkons zijn voorzien van comfortabele zitplaatsen voor u geniet van uw 's avonds cocktails, ontspannen en genieten van het uitzicht op de zonsondergang! Breng je kleding, persoonlijke spullen en geniet van uw volgende vakantie naar Costa Rica.

    Alle drie de slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer. De master bedroom heeft een kingsize bed en bad met douche en een jacuzzi. Een gast heeft een stapelbed en de andere kamer heeft een queen bed.

    De omgeving: Villas Catalina Townhomes bevinden zich in Potrero op de weg naar Sugar Beach met uitzicht op Flamingo en de Stille Oceaan met zonsondergangen. Playa Prieta is een korte wandeling over de weg. Prieta Beach is afgelegen en prive van de hoofdweg. Penca Beach en Sugar Beach, twee lokale favorieten zijn slechts een korte 5 minuten rijden of 15 minuten lopen. Flamingo Beach is ongeveer 10 minuten met de auto en Conchal ongeveer 15 minuten. De Flamingo / Potrero gebied heeft vele mooie stranden om uit te kiezen. Surfers kunnen gaan ongeveer 20-30 minuten naar Tamarindo of Playa Grande voor wereldklasse surfen.

    Het stadshuis is ongeveer een uur van de Liberia International Airport en ligt dicht bij de vele toeristische activiteiten, zoals canopy tours, sportvissen, paardrijden, duiken en eco-tours.

    Verschillende restaurants en bars in het gebied hebben entertainment verschillende avonden van de week.

    Restaurants: Het hotel ligt op 5 minuten van deze woning zijn diverse restaurants, waaronder: Las Brisas beach bar en restaurant, Sol Y Mar typische gerechten, Marco Polo Italiaans restaurant, Sugar Beach Hotel restaurant en het restaurant Green House at Playa Dante. Slechts een korte 10 minuten rijden naar Flamingo en je zal het restaurant Angelina's, Coco Loco restaurant aan het strand en de oude favoriet van Marie en de Mariner Inn te vinden. Brasilito, ongeveer 15 minuten afstand, is beroemd om Tiki's, papaja, de Gouden Garnaal en Outback Jack's.

    Villa Catalina Stadshuis 10: Dit stadshuis is een mooie eigenschap die foto's niet recht kan doen en woorden kan niet beschrijven. Het is afgewerkt en ingericht met high-end materialen en meubels. De ontwikkeling is volledig ingeperkt en heeft een full time bewakers en gate. Het beste van alles is de ongelooflijke uitzicht vanaf de infinity edge zwembad. Het zwemgedeelte heeft badkamers, een overdekte ruimte en BBQ. Perfect voor opknoping uit of koken uit!

Superbe vue et localisation

Vue absolument imprenable, endroit très calme et propre. Piscine magnifique et bien entretenue. Toutefois, le mobilier est desuet (divan déchiré, literie viellot, lave vaisselle brisé) et les placards ouverts mériteraient vraiment un grand ménage.

Beautiful

Amazing… this town home was absolutely perfect. The gated neighborhood was fabulous and infinity pool was beautiful! View from room and pool was gorgeous. Loved this area, great little groceriy stores near by, restaurant in Potrero were fabulous. Only downfall we had to purchase chairs for the beach which we left behind but actual beach chairs would have been great to have. Otherwise perfect place to stay!!!!

Great vacation stay

The house was awesome and right up the street from several beautiful beaches. The pool is a great place to watch the sunset. The house had everything you could think of to use. Great beach towels - just wish there were a few beach chairs. The kitchen had anything you could think of and all in great shape. Wish we could have used the better grill as the one we used had a lot of flair ups.

Beautiful Sunsets

We just stayed at this condo with the beautiful views. It’s a private and quiet complex of about 20 units, this was an end unit in a cluster of 3. The views are spectacular but it gets VERY hot in the afternoon on the terraces and in the unit, you have to use AC by afternoon. But as it faces West the sunsets are gorgeous! The unit is very large and well stocked. It was once very nicely done but is in need of maintenance, doors and dishwasher didn’t work, missing screens, painting needing done, major scale build up in showers etc. We also had no internet for the first 4 days of a 7 day stay. The property management company Special Places did arrange to get the internet back on, finally. The pool at the complex, above the unit with its infinity edge was also beautiful. The road into Playa Potrero is also very poor, you have to drive through two creeks and a lot of pot holes. Fun…..but not easy or comfortable to get in or out of. There are enough restaurants and stores in the area, Playa Potrero and Playa Flamingo though to not need to do this road too much. Overall a good but not great stay….. for the price.

Property management was awful

We were staying south in Diminical and left that property early trying to arrive by 5pm on check in day. Not being from this area we didn't realize that it was a holiday weeekend and that traffic was atrocious. I arrived at the wrong Special Places of Costa Rica as there were no addresses on the emails that I didn't recieve until I got internet at the De CoCo office. Kevin was very kind and informed us that we needed to go to the Potrero office. He even called the Potrero office to let them know of the mix up. Unfortunately, the contact person (Juan's manager) wasn't available and apparently had zero intention of checking us in even though we had already paid the entire balance. We arrived in {otrero at 10:30pm and called every phone number available to us while outside the SPoCR office. Even though the contract said we could check in as late as 11pm for an additional charge... We had to find other accomodations for the night. Thank goodness Margaritaville had one room available for emergencies and took pity on us. Other than not being granted a refund for the first night... the actual property was GREAT! Magnificent views and lovely, spacious, modern home. We loved the home. Unfortunately, check out instructions came late the evening before checkout and even though I emailed back with questions regarding garbage placement (no dumpster evident) and where to leave the keys... I didn't get a response until I was already out of the area. I dropped the keys back at the SPOCR office and placed the garbage neatly by front door. I apologize that the cleaning person had to deal with it since I wasn't aware of where to place it. Be warned... Home is FANTASTIC, management company was NOT.

Perfect Pre-winter getaway

Great spot for a relaxing November getaway. We love CR and this is a superb location and property to enjoy the local area, ocean, cycling, hiking, great people and restaurants. You can’t beat the views from here either.

Property was perfect for our trip. Great views from this home. Close walk to playa Penca. Pool for the days when you want to stay close to the house. The management company was super responsive when our coffee maker broke, they had a new one for us by morning. Truly as advertised.

Ocean view! Spectular Sunsets! Great Pool!

Can't say enough. Every part of our 5 week stay was perfect.. Staff at Special Places very professional. They can take care of all needs and wants, just let them know. ( A special thank you to Phem. You took excellent care of us and met all our many questions with accurate assurances we needed to make this a special trip.) The condo is well kept, and the pictures on line of the condo were very accurate of the ammenities. This was our 1st time in Costa Rica and would love to return. We hosted our son-in-law and daughter and their 2 little boys. We had all we needed in house to meet all our needs. We were able to find what we needed at grocery stores in area. The Local farm market is a gem and fresh fish is available there too, and with the grill on the deck we ate very well..The pool was a very well used and enjoyed by our family. The hill climb a good work out! The area beaches are very nice and quite, we had time to visit all of them. A favorite was Conchal and Danta very close by and be sure and keep a close eye out for monkeys. We saw them finally at Playa Danta on 2 separate visits. The food in the area is also very good, and the people are wonderful. A rental car is a must, although some people rented golf carts to get around, and that worked for them. Gas carts worked best as battery carts can run out of power. The roads are good from airport to condo all paved, but many roads are dirt or gravel, off the main roads with potholes, but driveable. Be prepared for a dusty and sandy vehicle. We had a Nissan car and it got us around on all our adventures. We traveled to Monteverde Cloud forest by car. Beautiful! Take a guided tour to spot the animals. Plan an overnite trip as the road in is partially paved then gravel. Visit the artist of Guaitil and take the time to have them show off there skills of making Pottery in their open fire kilns. Take a trip to Lola's on Playa Avellanas for a real nice beach side stop off lunch as well as another Costa Rica Outstanding beach. In case you haven't figured it out we found this is truly a piece of Paradise. The Bradleys from Michigan....

Very nice. Absolutely worth the money.

One of the keys to a great villa rental is good beds! This condo had great beds for everyone; big rooms and plenty of space for two active kids and two adults. We needed a little help to get to Playa Penca but it is only a 5 minute walk (right out of the complex, down the dirt road, left at the "gate" in the fence). Whole place was very quiet; restaurants were super and the people very nice! Hint on driving from Liberia: If you don't get a 4x4 make sure you take the longer, fully paved, route to the condo. Especially if it's been raining! We truly enjoyed our time and the help of Special Places. Would use them again! Chris B.

The Perfect Vacation!!

This was my first time to Costa Rica and we had a trip of a lifetime! The villa was so nice, spacious and breathtaking views! Every morning we woke up to the sounds of howler monkeys and birds, made breakfast and enjoyed it out on the porch over looking the ocean. Nothing is more spectacular and peaceful! The villa is so close to several amazing beaches- it was hard to choose which beach to go to for the day!! We met up with Walter Marchani to do a morning of SUP (stand up paddle boarding) and snorkeling. He brought the boards/paddles and the snorkels and showed us a great time! The villa is also close to several great restaurants- The Beach House, Coco Loco and The Shack, to name a few. It was easy to get food from local food markets if you wanted to cook in. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine + a grill. Can't wait to go back!!!

An Slice of Coastal Paradise

We loved every minute of our stay at this wonderful spacious villa on the Gunacaste coast. It was very comfortable and secure. Waking up to the spectacular views and the sound of the local wildlife was simply paradise. Our three older teenagers loved having their own space and hanging out at the infinity pool. The location was ideal for exploring the many beaches along the coast with easy access to a variety of restaurants and local stores. This was our first time to Costa Rica and we loved it!

PROPERTY WELL MAINTAINED AND NICELY FURNISHED. BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF BEACH AND BAY FROM ALL ROOMS. LOVELY DECK WITH GAS BARBQ - NO LIGHTER TO LIGHT IT THOUGH POOL WAS CLEAN AND REFRESHING AND ALTHOUGH ON SMALL SIDE WAS ADEQUATE.PROPERTY WAS VERY QUIET AND PEACEFUL PLACE - BUT SOME ISSUES WITH BARKING DOGS AND ROOSTERS AT NIGHT AND WEE HOURS OF MORNING THAT IS WHY I GAVE IT A 4/5 . LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT TO FOOD STORES AND OTHER BEACHES AND RESTAURANTS. RENTAL CAR IS A MUST. NOTE: BE CAREFUL WITH RENTAL CAR AGENCY AND FEES FOR INSURANCE- WE GOT TAKEN - THRIFTY RENTAL FRANCHISE. APPARANTLY ONLY BASIC INSURANCE IS REQUIRED AND REST IS COVERED BY CREDIT CARD COMPANY - AMERICAN EXPRESS. AREA IS GREAT FOR LOCATION TO BEACHES AND PROXIMITY TO AIRPORT. MANAGEMENT VERY RESPONSIVE TO SMALL ISSUE WE HAD. WE ENJOYED - COCO LOCO ON PLAYA FLAMENGO EXCELLENT FOOD ON THE BEACH. DID NOT SEE WILDLIFE- WENT TO THE MONKEY FARM JUST OUTSIDE TOWN AND IT WAS GREAT FOR KIDS TO SEE RESCUE ANIMALS.

Exceeded our wildest expectations

Our entire experience with Special Places of Guanacaste and at Villa Catalina 10 made for a perfect Costa Rican getaway. For once, the rooms and views and pool were actually better than what we saw in the pictures. If you're looking for a luxurious stay down the beaten path from where most tourists stay, this place is definitely for you. Playa Prieta is a short walk (or you can drive your car straight out on the beach) and the infinity pool is the perfect place to watch the sunset and have a barbecue. Yes, the power went out a few times, and yes, the maid showed up once with the wrong key. But come on, it's Costa Rica! The power never stayed out long enough for any of us to mind, and after a quick call to Sharon at the office, the maid's problem with the key was fixed. And Becky was especially willing to go out of her way to help us during the booking process, answering the silliest of questions for us. Quite simply, this place was amazing.
