'Location of hotel is in a very crowded area. Earlier used to be Majestic Cinema and now rebuilt as a hotel. Lady at reception had very poor communication skills. Rooms are not cleaned daily and despite requesting the reception to clean room, no action taken. Rooms are very small in size and hardly any place for keeping your bags. Breakfast was OK and very spicy. Will not recommend this hotel. Management needs to wake up and appoint professional staff who understand basic English or Hindi. '

'Cet hôtel est une escroquerie!! Fuyez!!! Nous avons réservé via hôtel.com. Lors du Check in le propriétaire a voulu gardé nos passeports pendant 4 heures puis nous les rendre ensuite. Ceci est formellement interdit. Nous avons refusé. Il nous a demandé de partir en refusant d’annuler la réservation. Nous avons donc dû payer un second hôtel sans pouvoir se faire rembourser.
Le propriétaire est un escroc il a été menaçant lorsqu’on lui demandait d’annuler.
