Dit charmante Victoriaanse hotel heeft een unieke ligging in een schilderachtig eikenbos in de toegangspoort tot Paso Robles en het wijnland Templeton. Het huis ligt op slechts 8 minuten van de snelwegen 101 en 46 en is centraal gelegen tussen San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles en Morro Bay. Of u nu naar de stad komt voor een uitje met wijnland of kustavontuur, ons appartement is het perfecte thuis weg van huis voor koppels, gezinnen of vrienden op vakantie. Wij nodigen u uit om vandaag onze plaats te boeken!

Het gemeubileerde appartement is verbonden met het oorspronkelijke huis en is een volledig privéruimte met een eigen ingang. Of u nu op zoek bent naar een avontuurlijk of rustgevend verblijf, de omgeving is schoon, rustig en een geweldige plek om op te laden. Onze bezoekers zien vaak herten en kalkoenen op het terrein.

Uw ruimte is volledig privé van de rest van het Victoriaanse huis en heeft een aparte ingang voor het toetsenbord. U bent van harte welkom om onze eigendom, terras en buitengrill te gebruiken als u buiten onder de bomen wilt picknicken of wilt ontspannen met een fles wijn. Het uitzicht eerlijk gezegd kan niet kloppen! Veel gasten genieten van een wandeling langs onze landweg om te ontspannen tijdens het bekijken van het platteland, wijngaarden, heuvels en dieren in het wild.

Dingen waarvan de gasten houden over onze aanbieding:
- Het appartement is comfortabel en stijlvol, perfect voor een rustig verblijf
- De heuveltop is schilderachtig met herten, kalkoenen en vogels in overvloed in het gebied
- Het huis beschikt over een wrap-around terras met schommelstoelen, perfect om te genieten met een glas wijn
- Een wasmachine en een droger zijn beschikbaar voor gasten die gratis de was willen doen

Dingen die gasten moeten weten over onze aanbieding voordat ze boeken:
-Terwijl sommige gasten de locatie misschien wat afgelegen vinden, is het huis minder dan 10 minuten naar verschillende wijnhuizen en nog minder naar de snelwegen
-Naast de kitchenette heeft alle essentiële voorzieningen (plus enkele!)heeft de kookplaat slechts één brander
- Er is een super toffe kat rondom het pand, maar zij heeft geen toegang tot uw appartement
- Er is een trap van standaardformaat gelegen tussen de twee verdiepingen van het appartement. Houd hier rekening mee als u boekt met peuters!

This property is located in a gorgeous oak woodland area in the hills not far from town. The mist rolls in early in the mornings and the scene is magical. It was exactly what we were hoping for; peaceful, relaxing, comfortable & away from town & traffic noise. The variety of birds, including owls, along with deer wandering around the property made our stay that much more enjoyable.Jody and Mark are absolutely wonderful...the consummate hosts! You could not ask for nicer people. They are warm & engaging. We enjoyed our conversations with them immensely. We were shown around the property upon our arrival & provided with freshly baked muffins & brownies. There was also fruit, bagels, and a few other staples in the well-stocked kitchen. No details were overlooked. We had a fabulous 3-day stay here and we are already looking forward to staying here again!Thank you so much for your hospitality, funny stories and thoughtfulness, Jody and Mark!

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay

My wife and I, daughter, and two of her college friends (5 people total) really enjoyed our stay here. Jodi greeted us during our check-in and walked us through the house. Both Jodi and Mark were very gracious hosts, and we didn't have any complaints. The location is very close (within minutes) to a lot of the wineries we visited, and at night the place is very quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this location, and it was very spacious for 5 adults.

Just Lovely

This is a special property. Nestled in the oaks and green hills you feel a sense of peace and calm. Adding to that was the quaint interior of the apartment with its cozy living area, claw foot tubs and angled ceilings. The beds were very comfortable. Though we don’t have small children anymore, the living area is open and spacious and offers plenty of room for children to play should they grow tired of running around the expansive lawn. We enjoyed our breakfast out on the wrap around porch and secretly hoped for more opportunities to talk with Charlie and Bailey, the resident Golden Retrievers. Jody was such a warm and down to earth host. Very sensitive to the needs of our ASD teen. We had our privacy but felt as if we could ask for anything. I would not trade this experience for a hotel stay no matter how convenient to our destination. This stay was a destination in itself. And though you may feel like you’re a million miles away from the bustle of civilization, it’s actually quite close to town and a short drive to Pismo Beach. I cannot recommend the Landon’s place enough.

Lovely home

Jody and Mark were gracious hosts and they made us feel right at home. Special details were provided to us from walking us through the rental and showing us where everything was to making fresh homemade banana bread cupcakes! The rental unit was very comfortable with clean sheets, towels and all of the necessities needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had a wonderful staying at this lovely home for our son's CalPoly graduation. We highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to stay at a serene and peaceful environment that feels like home.

Wonderful Graduation/Father’s Day/Birthday Weekend

Perfect location! Such a beautiful house tucked away in a relaxing, scenic setting. This rental is adorable! Very well decorated. Not easy to find if you use Google, so follow her fantastic directions. Jody is a wonderful hostess and has great communication. She included baked goodies for us which was a nice touch. This is a country setting. Nice and quiet. It should be noted that this unit is not accessible for those with mobility issues. There is a steep staircase to the main living quarters. Also there are only bathtubs for bathing. No walk in showers. It was very hot when we stayed and the air conditioning wasn't able to keep us cooled. The units either were programmed to turn off after a certain time or they were being manually turned off when we left. Keep in mind this location is 1.5 miles up a single lane road. If you plan to come and go frequently, this might be an issue.

Great Quiet Spot off the Beaten Path

In short, this property is amazing! It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway, just 20-30 minutes from the beach or Paso Robles. Our hosts were incredible and made sure to make our stay the best it could be and even provided us with some breakfast foods for our first morning. Highly recommend the stay, it may seem a little out of the way, but the truly wonderful and amazing hosts make it beyond worthwhile.

Best VRBO Experience Ever

We arrived to discover this beautiful Vicortian home in a forest like setting and to our host Jody Landon greeting us at the front porch. The home and surrounding area was beautiful. We had several occasions to converse with Jody and her husband and found them to be incredibly nice. They were very accommodating and gracious. Our group consisted of two couples and we intend to make this trip an annual event and to stay at their home. Thank you Jody and Mark for an unforgettable trip.

Everything we expected and more. The home is beautiful, spacious and we felt very welcomed by the owners. Very close to wineries, Jody was very helpful and recommended a few wineries since it was our first time going wine tasting. (She even gifted us a few wine passes!!!!) Jody and her husband greeted us and gave us a tour of where we would be staying. They were available and were quick to respond as they live in the main home displayed in the listing. The booking was not for the entire home, but for one wing connected to the properly. Attached to the right of the home, similar to a mother in law house. We felt very comfortable, our family had our own space and beautiful views from the property. We will definitely book this beautiful home again.

Beautiful Spot for a Paso Robles Getaway

Jody was the best host and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in Paso Robles. There is an idyllic drive up to their home, where you are likely to see deer grazing along the way and in their yard. We loved the layout of their VRBO wing of the house with its separate entrance and coded entry. The bedroom and bath downstairs are roomy and well-appointed. The upstairs bedroom, bath and family area with its bonus sleeping options worked well for our group. From the fresh flowers to the unexpected items waiting for our enjoyment in the fridge, everything about this home made us feel very welcome. We found that almost everything we wanted to do in Paso Robles was within a 20 minute drive. If you love hiking, we recommend checking out the Black Hills trail at Morro Bay State Park. The views are gorgeous! We hope to return to Paso Robles in the future and would love the opportunity to stay in this home again. Thanks Jody and Mark!

My husband and I just got back from staying two nights at this wonderful property in Templeton. The stay exceeded our expectations on so many levels! This apartment is absolutely adorable, comfortable, inviting, and stocked with whatever you might need. The communication from the booking thru the end of the stay was great and appropriate. I enjoyed getting a hand written welcome card with contact information in case we needed anything and to top it off, little mini cupcakes! Jody and Mark thouht of absolutely everything to make a guest feel totally at home. Stay at this property, you will not be disappointed.

Terrific, tranquil getaway for my family

Our family of 4 was looking for a nice, peaceful getaway spot to explore the central coast as well as the Paso Robles area... Jody & Mark’s place was a perfect fit. Our family had a really nice experience. It felt like we were staying in a remote tree house. There’s deer and peacocks roaming the property as you drive up the hill. We explored around the woods nearby (all on the owners property) and it felt like we were camping, but with all the hotel type amenities (hot water, kitchen, TV). It couldn’t have been more relaxing actually. It was so peaceful and quite. Loved it.

Perfect Weekend

Challenging to find, but worth the effort. Very comfortable and clean in a great location for a weekend of wine tasting. Accommodations are very private. Great property and surroundings including plenty of wildlife turkeys and deer in the yard.

A Memorable Time

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Jody and Mark are some of most helpful and gracious hosts we've met. They made everything about our stay with elderly parents easy and comfortable. Their home is beautiful and the environment was amazing. We especially enjoyed the wildlife and the beautiful porch and outdoors area around the house. Definitely a top-notch place to visit and stay!
