'Poor review due to them canceling our room and found out when we were about to check in. They called another hotel to get us a room it was a down grade it was old and run down. We had to walk a block down with our luggage it was horrible. It was hot and humid.
We decided to book at Holiday Inn instead it was cheaper and new rooms with nice view of the cathedral. I’m

'The hotel location is about 17 minute walk to the Centro of Morelia. Also the hotel is right by the Callejon del Romance. We felt safe walking around and a lot of eating opinions. Staff are very welcoming. Thank you!'

'The staff were friendly and the rooms were lovely. They were able to park our car and hold our bags when we arrived a few hours before check-in. The location is right near the main plaza and we were able to walk everywhere in the center easily. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the rooms are nice and spacious. The shower had very good water pressure and everything was clean. We appreciated the AC as well. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the restaurant in the...
