'My 2 day stay in Hotel Origen 438 was simply amazing! Ruben was very helpful from arrival until departure. The breakfast at the hotel (no buffet, but personal service) was excellent. I was also surprised by the quality of the food (and drinks) in the cosy hotel restaurant. Overall: A great experience in the city of Guadalajara!'

'The staff are all so helpful and attentive. We had landed so early in the morning that we had arrived at around 8am or 9am and just decided to stay in the lobby until we could check in at 3pm. We were so tired we ended up falling asleep and the receptionist let us check in at 11am so we could rest! I don’t know any other place that would do that! We are so grateful with the staff and the hotel is very clean.'
