'My fiancé and I’s stay at Paul’s Cottage was absolutely wonderful! What a beautiful and picturesque cottage in Mid-coast Maine! 'The Apartment was very fresh and in very clean shape. Very private area, not many folks around, at least late Sept. Fabulous view of a Maine bay, couple of boats in the bay, and just awesome watching the tide roll in and out. Great prices on lobster in the area, not far from a ton of great sights. 'Beautiful location right next to the water. The view was magical whether it was foggy, sunrise, high-tide, low-tide, or when the water was still as glass. So many birds to watch and stars to see late at night while sitting around the fire pit. We worked ourselves into the cold but invigorating water a few times and our dog loved swimming and hunting for chipmunks. The place is cute and clean. 'Staying on an island with just family and friends is magical. The island was beautiful and the rustic elegance of the house gave us everything we needed for a great vacation. There are so many things to do- hiking, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, reading- that no one was ever bored. An integral part of the trip was Joe, the caretaker/boat captain.
