Geweldig verblijf, uitstekende rustige locatie.
Het huis is uiterst schoon, heeft álles wat je nodig hebt. Perfect voor het reizen met kleine kinderen, ruim terras, alle babyartikelen zijn aanwezig. De jacuzzi is fantastisch!

Einfach nur traumhaft!
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Es standen sogar schon Getränke im Kühlschrank, so dass wir eine erste Pause nach der Anreise machen konnten. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Selbst Strandtücher standen in ausreichender Zahl zur Verfügung. Unser Lieblingsplatz war der Pavillon! Die Mahlzeiten dort einzunehmen mit dem wundervollen Blick auf das Meer und die schöne Terrasse war einfach Urlaub und Erholung pur! Bei Problemen waren Ria + Roger immer ansprechbar und haben sofort für Lösungen gesorgt. Chayofa ist ein ruhiger und gepflegter Ort. Mit dem Auto ist man in kürzester Zeit im Jungle Park, Aqualand, Siam-Park oder an verschiedenen Stränden. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Monate in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es ist, wie aus der Beschreibung und Fotos zu ersehen ist, ein mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus, mit allem was man benötigt. Ria und Roger haben oft gefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen und Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Selbst wo der Fernseher kaputt gegangen ist, war am nächsten Tag ein Neuer da. Gasflaschen wurden auch sofort getauscht, sodass wir weiter grillen oder kochen konnten. Der Whirlpool ist sehr angenehm gewesen und wurde auch ständig geputzt oder Wasser erneuert. Wir danken den Beiden nochmals von dieser Stelle, dass wir einen so tollen Langzeiturlaub verbringen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Seid ganz lieb umarmt von Petra und Wolfgang

Schöne Wohnung in gepflegter Villa
Die Beschreibung entspricht den Tatsachen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Ria, ausführliche Informationen beim Einzug. Die Vermieter wohnen im Obergeschoß, sind bei Fragen sehr gerne ansprechbar. Sie halten sich jederzeit dezent im Hintergrund un sind kaum wahrnehmbar. Die geräumige und gepflegte Wohnung hat einen separaten Zugang. Wir fanden alles, was wir brauchten. Gemütliche Terrasse zur Alleinnutzung mit neuen Möbeln und schönem Ausblick . Frühstück mit Blick auf Los Cristianos. Insgesamt sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Chayofa ist empfehlenswert für Personen, die am Abend ein ruhiges Umfeld suchen. Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

The villa was beyond our expectations. Very spacious, beautifully decorated with quality furnishing, very clean and luxurious colourful garden. Confortable sofas inside as well as on the terrace. The choice offered to enjoy eating inside as well as under the pergola is very appreciable. Parking facilities just outside the villa. Quiet area and a small supermarket nearby. Ria was very helpful and kind. We are looking forward to come back in July. I congratulate you, Ria, for offering us such a nice accommodation. Corinne la villa était au-delà de nos expectatives. Très spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et du mobilier de qualité, très propre and dotée de jardins luxuriants colorés. Les sofas y sont confortables aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Le choix de pouvoir prendre un repas aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur sous la pergola bien agencée est très appréciable. Il y fait très calme et il y a un petit supermacher très proche. Ria était très accueillante. Nous aurons le plaisir de retourner en juillet. Je vous félicite Ria pour nous offrir un si beau logement. Corinne

A Lovely Get Away
We had a fun, sunny, warm get away from UK winter staying at Ria and Roger's villa. The place itself is clean and well maintained with everything we needed. There's a lovely yard where we spend time relaxing. The pictures show the place well. It's located up on the hill above Los Cristianos so it's quite but a 10 minute or so drive down to lots of restaurants and the beach. Having a car was very useful both to get up to the villa and to explore the island and we also had a pleasant walk down the hill to the market and a restaurant in the small village of Chayofa nearby. Ria and Roger were very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a lovely get away.

Villa in guter Lage
Die Villa war insgesamt sehr schön .Nur sie war nicht 100% sauber .Das Geschirr war viel zu wenig, sowie auch Töpfe und Pfannen.Zum ausgibiege Kochabende nicht so gut geeignet.In Chayofa ist sehr ruhig und weit ab vom Massentourismus, was wir immer bevorzugen.In der Beschreibung stand nach 7 Tagen Handtuch Wechsel.Hat leider nicht stattgefunden.War nicht so schlimm, da eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist.

The villa is in a great location away from the crowds but close enough to everything you might want. The outside space is lovely and the hot tub is an added bonus. Ria and Roger live above the property so they are on hand if you need anything.

The villa was really nice and Ria was a great host. It you want to wind down this is the place to go, located in a quiet village with great privacy! Only 10 minutes drive from the playa de las americas. I would advise hiring a car to getting around! Would come here again! The Patel Family

Sehr netter Empfang, Ferienwohnung genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, alles bequem, sehr gut eingerichtet, ruhige Lage, alles bestens. Bei Fragen sind die Vermieter immer erreichbar. Great Villa and Hosts
I stayed in this Villa in Nov 2021 for about 6 days and when we got there my partner and I were WOWed by how nicely decorated and presented it was. The kitchen is big, with all equipment needed and the beautiful island in the middle made the cooking experience more social when my family came over to visit us. The main bathroom was very big! Very nice and powerful shower. We used the hot tub once, which was very relaxing and with perfect temperature water. My favourite place was outside. Waking up every morning, sat on these garden chair while having breakfast and read my book while tanning my legs with the sun. Ria and Roger were amazing hosts. Roger welcomed us, briefly showed us the facilities, how things work and then let us make ourself home. My partner particularly liked that the property came with tea bags, milk and mugs! As he always wants a cup of tea after travelling. Ria introduced herself the day after, she was very nice to talk to. For the rest of the holiday, was very pleasant. The property is at about 10min driving distance from las Americas. During the day time it was nice and warm, and in the evening, it cools down a little, enough to want to wear long sleeves. Overall, this property was great and we would stay there again.

Me my partner and the 3 young children were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived ria and Roy who own the villa are very lovely kind and caring people and were amazing with the children also highly recommend staying in this villa its very homely and all appliances are great for use 👍 the children had a paddling pool to play in and plenty of toys also which was supplied and the hot top is a defo plus when it came to relaxing in the evening and even haveing the children in for a little while which they loved me and my family are already planning our next visit and can not wait to visit again and will be staying in this villa 😀

Perfect in every way
We are just back from a wonderful stay in this gorgeous Villa . We are a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers and all 5 of us gave it 5 stars ! The adults loved the lovely warm and helpful reception from the hosts Ria and Roger, the luxury , comfort and space of the Villa , the quiet location with wonderful views and the lovely authentic local restaurants /bars called la Finca and Tosca . The kids loved the good WiFi , the hot tub ( want to get one now ! ) , the nearby swimming pool and tennis club and the fact that it is easy to get to the lively resorts and Siam Park water park . It was a real find and we will definitely be back . Thank you Ria and Roger .

Can I just say what a wonderful relaxed holiday we had at this Villa. Arrived quite late around 11pm but was greeted warmly by Ria and shown around the accommodation and grounds which were both immaculate. No expense has been spared on the renovations here, the place is fantastic. Next day Roger took us into the next town along Camella to stock up at the supermarket which is cheaper and much larger than the small one down the hill which was a nice touch. The village itself is only small but has some decent Restaurants and is perfect for a quiet getaway away from the main resorts (Which are only a 10 minute taxi ride away) You can use the swimming pool at the country club which is a 3 minute walk away and we used it most days with the kids and they also do very reasonably priced food and drink during the day, and it also has a restaurant downstairs which opens in the evenings and is also very reasonable. They also have entertainment on certain evenings as do the other pub/restaurants in the area. They also show the footy! Further afield you can do as much or as little as you like, Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Adeje , Fanabe etc are all close by, as are the water parks, shopping centres and animal parks etc. We had an amazing time here and can't recommend it highly enough for a peaceful family holiday which is close to everything. Roger and Ria are very welcoming and informative but are not intrusive at all and were there if you needed them for anything and are very chatty and pleasant. If you are thinking about booking this place don't hesitate, you won't regret it! Thanks Ria and Roger for making it so special.

Wonderful Stay
Do not hesitate to book this lovely Villa. Beautifully presented and in a location that gives wonderful views. There is plenty of parking in the area if you have a hire car. We could not fault it. Roger and Ria are there if you need them but not intrusive. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, well thought out and contained everything we needed. The décor was beautifully colour coordinated. We particularly liked the quietness of where the Villa was situated, it was so relaxing and peaceful but an easy walk down the hill into the village centre where there was a choice of places to eat and drink.

Great stay
Our stay in Chayofa was superb. The location is great, on a hill above all the noise of tourism yet a 10 minute drive to the beaches. You will get plenty of sunshine together with a breeze of air. The place itself is very nice. New and well kept. The main part has a kitchen, dining room and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with variety of utensils, cooking equipment and dishes. The living room has a lounge area with 2 large sofas and quality TV with international channels and high-speed Internet connection. The 3 bedrooms are comfy to host up to 6 people. There are 2 bathrooms to use one with a shower and the other one with a tub. Nice extra is the storage room where you will find a washing machine and stand-alone drier plus lots of space to store suitcases. Outside you will find a comfortable sitting area with shade, another dining table with nice view over the ocean, and sun bathing area with loungers. Plus a jacuzzi available to use anytime. The owners are super nice, ready to assist you. They are super friendly and great to talk to if you desire yet allowing you to enjoy privacy. Thank you Roger & Ria for great stay. Beautiful place to stay with lovely host
We are frequent renters through HomeAway and former owners of a rental so we’ve seen a lot of places and we can say this place is even more beautiful than the pictures are showing It felt like home immediately. Brand new and very clean. We arrived early and this was no problem for the lovely host Ria. We stayed for 8 nights. It is nice and quiet. The only thing we noticed was that the toaster has been burned, probably by the former renters, it was replaced immediately. We even got clean towels after 4 days. The breakfast at the deck and the view is priceless. The jacuzzi was clean and lovely. We used it to look at the stars at night. The host Ria is very helpful and very friendly to talk to. Despite they live above the apartment you never feel watched and it’s private enough. I would recommend this place to everyone. We are a Dutch family and would love to stay here again. My advise for if you ever want to go to Tenerife. Just book this place you can’t go wrong. I always say you just meet people in the world the same way you threaten them. My love to Ria and hope to be back soon.

I have never been treated like that
I strongly advice to stay away from this property and lady owner. Description of the place: Attractive 3 bedroom villa. Well... Its not villa. You are getting basement with the owners living above. They will keep eye on you at all time. At 7 in the morning she was walking in the garden. Going inside the house during our absence. To check. We arrived in late evening. We asked her if ond oir last day we can check out an hour later and that we can pay extra for that. Just our flight is bit later. She said that is not a problem and we can check out later. Check out day... She came in before 11. I was out with my husband shopping. In the "house" were my parents with our kids. She said : "Get out now". She started to throw all our staff outside including food and drinks from the fridge (I have pictures to confirm that and I can email them if someone wants). My kids were in their pyjamas. The all been eating breakfast. We came back shortly after my father called me. My husband was picking up our belogings which were everywhere in the garden. And I asked for our deposit back. She said that we can forget about it and we will have nothing back. When I asked her for the reason she replied because... We are Polish and Polish people steals so we defenitely stole something😲 I could not belived what she said. Then she said that house is filthy. My parents cleaned the house everyday. I have pictures to confirm that as well with dates on them when they been taken. I suffer with psoriasis. She pointed my legs and she said "blah" you are disgusting. She also said that Im stupid if I think that I will get something back. Jacuzzi which was included has water taking out two days before our departure. I feel humiliated. We stayed with homeaway few times already. Never had any issues. Nice hosts and pleasant locations. This one is the worst nightmares. Firstly i would like to say.... REALLY!!!!!??? In my defense and anyone that has read my previous and (recent ) review will clearly realise that this guest was extremely disrespectful to me and my property from the outset. I have nothing to reproach myself for as i feel that i am always polite and welcoming to all of my guests and that they have all the privacy and comfort that they have chosen. Unfortunately at this time i was just unlucky to of received such rude people into my lovely villa and, those who have stayed here before certainly know different so, why is it that i have returning clients all the time? Anyone reading this disgusting review, I HOPE will see it not to be true. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie
Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, Ria ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die keine Fragen offen ließ. Die Villa hat alles was man braucht,die große Terasse mit schöner Aussicht ist auch für die Kinder ideal, der Whirlpool bei jedem Wetter ein Highlight. Da die Wohnung sehr ruhig liegt, empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen. Auf jeden Fall eine tolle Unterkunft mit sehr gepflegter Einrichtung. Zu 100% empfehlenswert

Tolle Villa mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet
Die komplette Villa mit Terrasse, Garten und Whirlpool ist einfach ein Hingucker. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar die Lebensmittel fürs Frühstück und Gewürze. Angenehme Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer mit daneben liegendem Bad, so dass auch zwei Paare ihre Privatsphäre haben. Freundlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter Roger, der im 1. Stock wohnt, jedoch in keinster Weise bemerkbar ist. Bestens zu Empfehlen, war ein super Aufenthalt!
