Het was een schitterende vakantie zou het zo weer boeken het is een goed en mooi hotel en de paar minpuntjes zijn niet noemenswaardig het enige wat ik jammer vond was dat ik een kamer onder in het hotel had waar geen zon kwam maar goed heb een geweldige vakantie gehad dus je slaapt er toch alleen maar hahaha het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam kortom dikke 10

Tolles Hotel trotz unscheinbarer Fassade. Wenn man kein Fenster zur Straße hat, ist alles super. Ich würde wieder in dem Hotel buchen.

Kleines Hotel & damit wenig Menschen, vielmehr braucht es im Urlaub nicht. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur richtigen Seite hat, hat man auch eine schöne Aussicht. Gerne wieder.

Did not recognize our booking with Hotels.com and would not give us a room until after more than 1 hour of arguing! Then the room was so moldy we immediately updated to a room in the "new" wing... Spotty hot water and uncomfortable beds makes this a really bad place to stay.

Nettes, kleines Hotel im oberen Ortsteil von Los Realejos mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück in Ordnung.

A really decent hotel with good food and lovely staff. Immediate area was quite quiet which suited us. We would definitely return.

A little disappointing
The hotel was pleasant but the room was very cold. No Windows just shutters. The shower was broken so could not shower to go out in the evening. The toilet and shower were cubicles in the room which was not very pleasant. There were insufficient plug sockets and when I moved the bed to look for a socket there was a lot of dust and dirt behind the bed. The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was acceptable. The beds were not comfortable and the bedding insufficient as it was very cold.

Could be fantastic...
This is a lovely traditional hotel in a beautiful traditional Spanish town. We had rooms in the main hotel, big, spacious, lots of traditional features and beautiful BUT the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows very old and smelly! The showers, sinks and toilets are outdated ‘70’s and in need of updating. These are housed in cubicles within the rooms. The toilet brush was so old and disgusting it must be from the ‘70’s too!! Check in was straight forward. Breakfast is very simple and coffee disgusting. Great area if you are fit as lots of hills. Great restaurants around and so very cheap! We loved the area and would go again but would choose another hotel. Didn’t have the evening meal so can’t comment. Pool was freezing- but was December!

Llegamos tarde para hacer el cheking pero nos dejaron las llaves en un buzón, y se preocuparon de llamarnos unos días antes de ir para explicarnos donde encontrar las llaves y la habitación.

Gutes Hotel zu fairem Preis
Das Hotel liegt sehr schön an einer Anhöhe von Los Realejos, was aber auch heißt, dass sich ein Mietwagen empfiehlt. Mein Zimmer war im neueren Anbau des Hotels (auf den Bildern sind meist die m.E. schöneren Zimmer im alten Bau zu sehen). Das Zimmer hatte eine völlig ausreichende Größe und eine Terrasse. Der Zustand des Zimmers ist gut, wobei an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas Farbe etc. nicht schaden könnte. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ok und von der Auswahl ausreichend. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel zu dem von mir bezahlten Preis empfehlen.

Do not book the half board option!
Hotel very nice and would have been good if we did not have to endure the daily set meal, which we paid £36 extra for. There was absolutely no choice, and the meal consisted of thickened puréed vegetable soup, extremely salty over-cooked tuna and reheated "Canadian" potatoes (no vegetables) and a slice of bought cake. Food is cheap in the rural areas and this was a complete rip off. If we went again we would ear a la carte (which was not anymore expensive) or in one of the very reasonably priced restaurants nearby - we had a lovely half chicken and chips lunch with salad for 5€

Hotel agradable, pero ahora en invierno es frio, las habitaciones son grandes y las ventanas dan directamente al exterior y no tienen cristales. Siendo la habitación grande la ducha y lavamanos podían independizarlo con la habitación, mediante un simple muro de división.

Muy buena ubicación para visitar la isla en coche. Zona tranquila, se aparca sin problemas. Personal muy amable, nos prepararon el desayuno un día que nos fuimos pronto y nos aconsejaron en todo momento. Muy recomendable

Traditional style Spanish Hotel in village
We have been to Tenerife before, this was a totally different experience from the tourist location we went to last time. It was a small Traditonal style Hotel in a small village with Local small shops and bars approx 10 minutes walk away. There is a bus stop also approx 10 mins away that has buses that take you into Puerto de la cruz a big tourist spot or if you want shopping Santa Cruz. We found the local bars very friendly and reasonably priced. The staff at the hotel were very friendly especially the lady who laid out the breakfast and served in the restaurant

Bei Rural denkt man an ländlich
Von El Hierro kommend brauchten wir ( Paar 52+62 ) noch für 2 Tage bis zum Rückflug nach Deutschland ein Hotel. Aus der Einsamkeit El Hierros kommend und wissend wie laut und voll Tenereiffa in der Zwiwchenzeit ist, dachten wir ein ruhiges Hotel ( Rural = ländliches Anwesen ) zu buchen. Leider liegt das Hotel wohl schon lange nicht mehr ländlich sondern direkt an der Hauptstraße ( die auch noch steil bergauf geht ). Die Ausstattung ist dann doch wieder ländlich antik ( offene Fenster werden einfach mit Holzbretter verschlossen, wo doch in der Zwischenzeit moderne SchallschutzFenster notwendg wären. WLAN geht nur direkt neben dem Router ). Der Schwimmingpool war mehr Dekoration als wirklich nutzbar; der Rest war OK, aber auch nicht mehr und damit ist für mich der Preis von 65 € ( incl. relativ schwachem Fruehstück ) nicht gerechtfertigt.

Nice hotel away from the tourist center
It is a nice hotel 10 min from Puerto de la Cruz. A car is necessary, because the hotel is located at the end of street which goes upwards. Personal in the hotel is very very nice. No problem with early breakfast. Extra meal because of late arrival at the first day. Dinner and breakfast were very excellent. Room was OK. Unfortunately no air condition and the church bell could be heard during the night. But it did not disturb that much.

Such a fantastic place!! Authentic charm!
The staff were genuine, friendly and made you feel right at home. The hotel is located in a unique setting--a quiet, quaint part of town. If you want to get away from the resorts and commercialized tourist setting in many other parts of the island, this is the place to go! Make sure you have navigation on your phone or in your vehicle to help you find your way...navigating the streets in this place can be tricky--but fun! Lovely breakfasts are served each day, and there's a delightful patio to relax on as you wake up with your coffee. The restaurant serves a small but simple selection of dinner entrees that are cooked just right. Clean rooms, charming decor, authenticity abounds, and the staff are full of smiles and warmth. You won't regret this place!! It's amazing!!

La struttura è molto bella, la colazione era nella media ma stare all'aperto e vedere l'oceano e' stato super! Non ho apprezzato il rumore delle camere ( si sentiva tutto delle stanze vicine) e le camere non hanno le finestre!!!! Così oltre al freddino notturno si sentiva ogni singola auto che passava sulla strada!! Inoltre il Wi-Fi non c'è in stanza e anche nelle aeree comuni funzionava a singhiozzo. La struttura rimane a 5 km da puerto de la cruz ma di strade strettine, il paesino dove si trova e' carino ma nulla di che.

Nice rural hotel within local community
This hotel is excellent providing you are not looking for a brand new 5 star hotel. It is 17 th century and lovely. Other reports say the road is noisy... you do here traffic but don't notice it as it's not a busy road. The breakfast is good with seating outside to eat with a view of terraces and the sea.. lovely. Car parking at first seems difficult if you don't get a slot on the road immediately outside the hotel but once you know the area, there are lots of spaces in nearby streets. The hotel was busy whilst we were there but was very quiet . Highly recommend.

La habitación era enorme.... Pero daba a la calle... Las ventanas eran de madera... Sin cristal.. Solo madera... Asi q los ruidos de los coches eran constantes. En la habitación había hormigas... Muchassss!!! Por lo demas en personal encantador y facil aparcamiento.
