Erholung pur
Die Anlage war sehr ruhig, liegt gut in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums. Die Küchenausstattung mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Die große Terrasse ist das Highlight der Wohnung. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und hoffe irgendwann wieder zu kommen. Noch eins Natalie und Gaetan sind spitze und antworten sofort auf jede Frage. Danke für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

A very well presented apartment in a quiet complex. The accommodation was well fitted out with most things that we required for our holiday. The apartment had a lovely sunny terrace with views over the swimming pool and surrounding area. The apartment was very near to a supermarket and a range of restaurants. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Natalie who supplied us with useful information. The apartment was clean and tidy for our arrival.

Communication with Natalie was great - she is an asset. Apartment is as described. Very fast WiFi. There is no air con in the twin bedroom but a tower fan is provided. Cushions for the sun beds would be a welcome addition as they are a bit uncomfortable, however this has not stopped us from booking again!

Just spectacular, perfect apartment, location and people.
Apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean and the balcony was excellent, an absolute privilege to stay here for a week with my wife and kids, Natalie (host/agent) was a joy to deal with and was very helpful and kind. I doubt I will ever come across as good an apartment as this again for a long time, highly recommended. If planning on travelling further afield to explore the island, I'd recommend hirng a car out, but perfect if staying local as there is a good, regular bus service nearby aswell as a supermarket, restaurants, shopping centre and medical centres (which we had to use as our 4 year old was unwell), just an amazing all round experience at the apartment and Playa Paraíso..thank you.

Beautiful, spotless apartment
Lana met us at apartment, lovely, easy handover. Apartment is beautiful and absolutely spotless. Large, modern kitchen with every utensil. Spacious living and dining area. Large bedrooms, plenty wardrobe space. Main bedroom has doors onto balcony. Lovely, powerful walk-in shower. Balcony is superb, huge, with great views.Sat every morning having breakfast watching the paragliders. Had dinner at night on balcony. Shopping centre a 2 minute walk, shops, supermarket, lovely cafe on ground floor. Also a 5 minute walk to the beginning of further restaurants and bars. Lovely walks around area. Swimming pool is heated, so big, never over crowded, so quiet and relaxing, no thumping music like other premises. Would highly recommend this apartment and the area of Playa Paraiso. We had a wonderful holiday.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Es war alles wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation und sehr netter Empfang von Natalie. Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz war auch ein großes Plus. Der Strand ist leider nur mit etwas Fußmarsch zu erreichen und auch nicht besonders schön. Aber dies wussten wir im Vorfeld, daher für uns nicht so schlimm.

The apartment is the best that either of us have stayed in, and we've stayed in plenty. Everything was just like being at home , but with the sun and pool! Natalie was brilliant, waiting for us on arrival and especially when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. Can't wait to return. :)

First Class All Around
From start to finish this booking was by far the easiest to manage. The apartments is even better than it looks the patio was fantastic, location excellent, close enough to walk to everything and far enough away to miss any intrusive noise.. Confort e tranquillità
Appartamento spazioso e ben equipaggiato. Il residence è tranquillo e ben tenuto. Molto apprezzata la piscina riscaldata. Ci sono alcuni ristoranti, negozi e supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. È consigliato avere l’auto per visitare l’isola. Gaetan e Natalie sono stati premurosi e gentili. Speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo.

Great xmas getaway
Had a great time, perfect speedy communication, easy check in and check out. Apartment is great, well decorated, comfy beds and good bedding, great shower, all things that if not so good you miss, but they were perfect. The terrace was great, so spacious, and a nice sun trap, and when it got too hot, the communal pool was perfect and more of a breeze to relax there. It never got too busy which was true of the complex in general, I really liked that so it felt more relaxing not being crowded like many of the hotels in the area were when I walked past. Easy stroll to the Rosa Centre for shopping and enjoyed La Navaje Restaurant there, deserves to be busier but away form the footfall. Equally easy to the main strip, I found the restaurants there a bit more hit and miss, but for a few days it was fine. If longer I would get a car to explore more. I used the local 471 bus to go to a larger beach and that was easy too. I looking for a relaxing Winter break, Tenerife and this apartment ticked all the boxes.

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist hell , modern und neu eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Fabulous Apartment
This is definitely one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Great size with a fantastic sun filled terrace .It had everything we needed. Communication between Gaetan and Ingrid was first class as was with Natalie , their lady in Playa Paraiso. Nothing too much of a problem. Would advise if you are to stay there it would be best to hire a car ( there is a secure parking place) as the bus service is unpredictable. You will have a fabulous stay in this apartment

Très propre et très bien équipé
Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’appartement était très propre et très bien équipé. Très pratique avec des enfants et/ou bébés. Il était facile d’accès et proche pour faire plein d’activité. La résidence est très bien et l’eau de la piscine est bien chaude.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful holiday
We highly recommend this apartment, it was very clean, well equipped and in a great location. The pool was clean and quiet, sometimes it was only us and one other there. The arrangements for collecting the apartment key were great and the instructions we received pre-stay were clear and helpful. The booking process was easy with all my queries responded to promptly. Shops, bars and the beach are a short walk away. Also close to Siam Park which is a great day out. We highly recommend this property, thank you to the owners for a fantastic stay.

Wirklich ein wunderschönes Appartement. Es war sehr sauber. Es ist wirklich ALLES vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nathalie war immer bereit uns zu helfen wenn es ein Problem gab (es gab aber keine Probleme mit dem Apartment!! Leider nur andere 🙈). Sie war immer erreichbar und wirklich sehr sehr hilfreich!! 👍🏼 Die Gegend ist ruhig. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen sauber gemacht 👌🏼 Wir haben uns super wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft 100% weiterempfehlen

A really great apartment, with everything you need and more. Great equipped and especially the terrace is wonderful. The car is safely parked in the underground car park. The contact with Natalie went very well! We enjoyed the stay and will be back for sure.

Wir sind von der Einrichtung des Appartements sehr angenehm überrascht worden. Es fehlt an nichts, an alle Bedürfnisse wurde gedacht. Ob Flaschenkühler, el. Tischgrill, Gefrierschrank oder Wäscheklammern. Alles da. Sehr geräumige Terrasse mit großzügigem Esstisch, daneben Liegen, Sessel und Couch auf der ggüb liegenden Seite, was einen Loungecharakter erzeugt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten wirklich reichlich Platz. Bei 4 Personen könnte man evtl eine zweite Toilette vermissen.

Très bel appartement.
Séjour magnifique d'une semaine dans cet appartement. Très bel emplacement avec parking sous terrain. Près des surfaces commerciales et des restaurants. Très belle piscine et de plus chauffée. Belle grande terrasse avec bannes solaires. Tout est prévu pour passer de belles vacances. Accueil très cordial par Nathalie. A 30 minutes de l'aéroport sud. A recommander chaleureusement. C'est sur nous y retournerons.

Perfect apartment, lovely location
Everything you can think of you need for a holiday accommodation is in this lovely apartment. We loved the big sunny terrace with a nice view to the pool and mountains. The beds were comfortable and there are big wardrobes in both bedrooms. We were together 2 adults and 3 kids, and the extra bed was perfectly fitted into the corner in the living room. The kitchen was provided with wide range of utensils for cooking. We were very pleased with the fast Wi-Fi and IPTV offered lots of channels and movies to watch. The pool area was lovely and not crowded. There was a garage but also free parking in front of the building. The apartment is just great and Playa Paraiso is very nice and quiet area. The owner, Gaetan, was extremely helpful and responded quickly to the messages. Everything was taken care very smoothly. Thank you so much!

Große Sonnenterrasse
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Geatan sehr genossen. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Es fehlt uns an nichts. Am liebsten haben wir uns auf der großen Terrasse aufgehalten. Dort konnten wir jeden Morgen in der Sonne frühstücken und aufgrund der windgeschützten Lage auch abends problemlos sitzen. Auch der Pool war sehr schön und einladend. Einzig die Garage war etwas knapp bemessen. Die Wohnanlage war sicher und sauber. In ca. 200 m Entfernung, im neuen Rosa-Center, gibt es ein Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten, Geatan hat alles sofort geregelt und uns stets beraten und unterstützt. Seine Hilfsbereitschaft war vorbildlich und dafür danken wir ihm sehr. Wir werden gerne seine Gastfreundschaft wieder in Anspruch nehmen.

A Fantastic Apartment In An Area That Offers So Much
We stayed for a month at this wonderful, fully equipped, smart and extremely accessible apartment which is situated in a quiet part of Playa Paraiso; that is also very close to the beaches and restaurants. The apartment is light and airy and the air conditioning units are a bonus on the very hot days. The Wi-Fi is extremely fast and there is a wide array of entertainment provided through various satellite options provided. The kitchen was very well equipped that made home cooking so convenient on the days that we chose not to eat out. There is also a fantastic spacious balcony that overlooks the large swimming pool; the latter never seemed to be too busy and there were always sunbeds available. The owner, Gaetan, was first class always wanting to ensure that his guests really enjoyed their stay; nothing was too much trouble for him. He was fully supported on the island by Nathalie who again was totally focused on the enjoyment of the guests. Quite simply one could not wish better owners and local management. We can thoroughly and without reservation recommend this property and hope that it does not get too busy so that we can not be accommodated in the future!!!!
