Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Mooi verblijf dicht bij Golfterrein en in de nabijheid van kleine supermarkt. Restaurants op een kleine kilometer + mooi kustwandeling tot in Los Abrigos. Voor de marktliefhebbers : geen markt meer op vrijdag. Ook niet in Los Abrigos. Opmerking : een parasol zou handig zijn.

+ Nice complete comfortable villa, with privacy, great view on the green golfcourse, wonderfull palmtrees and the see. Lovely skyline. Good pool and friendly staff. + Restaurants on walking distance. - Frequent landing airplanes above, with short 70 dB noise outside. Inside hardly audible. Only in daytime, not during the night. - Some mattresses need special attention by the owner

je suis desolee, mais il est difficile de ne pas avoir de passage d avions aux alentours d un aeroport. D autre part, concernant le confort des matelas, je suis tres etonnee car tous ont ete remplaces il y a 3 ans et j ai moi-meme sejourne a la villa dernierement et n ai pas constate d inconfort. Toutefois le type de matelas "Souple ou dur" employe habituellement est tres personnel.

Villa in Amarilla Golf
We stayed in this villa from 6 February to 19th March 2024 with family visiting us throughout our stay. The villa itself is spacious and well equipped with spectacular views over the golf course to the sea. It is situated in a very quiet area. A car is essential, especially if you are infirm or have small children as, apart from one small shop and the Golf Club (which stops serving food at 6.00 pm) it is about 20 mins walk away from the shops, pubs, restaurants and the seafront. The bus stop is about ten minutes walk away and taxis are easily available.. We were there six weeks and Jonny, acting as the owner's agent, was very responsive to any needs that we had. We were informed that the £100 that we had paid for cleaning was for it to be cleaned for our arrival and again when we left. Any other cleaning would be fifteen euros an hour. Needless to say, we did the cleaning ourselves during our stay. We were supplied with ample bed linen and towels. Again, we laundered these ourselves as there was a charge otherwise. We enjoyed our stay at the villa on the whole, but two warnings: Watch out for flying golf balls and parents with small children please note that the shallow end of the swimming pool is about 4' 6" deep.

Villa fabuleuse !!!!
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Marie-Pierre. La maison correspond tout à fait à la description et toutes les commodités sont présentes. Il manquait juste la climatisation car nous sommes tombés en période de canicule et il faisait très chaud la nuit dans la maison. La vue superbe depuis la terrasse, la piscine est chauffée et nettoyée durant le séjour, tout était vraiment au top !!! Je recommande cette villa.

A week over christmas 2022
A good house for a family of 4. Nice outside space with view over golf course. though terrace is a bit shabby and its directly under the flight path for v busy airport. . The house is spacious..a little tired but fine for a week. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood. good communication with host. Decent little supermarket a short walk away. Bigger supermarkets a drive away. We were surprised to be repeatedly held up in traffic which was Very busy and slow. The golf course and resort are smart though still under construction down at the coast. We were on a hiking holiday and found numerous beautiful varied hikes within an hours drive.

Es una de las mejores villas en las que he estado. Reúne todos los aspectos que valoro como imprescindibles, tales como comodidad, amplitud, limpieza, espacios de jardín, piscina maravillosa, gran oferta de electrodomésticos, seguridad, WiFi, etc. Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado enormemente en esta villa. Happy Holiday
Large Villa although needs updating both inside and out . Pool area has broken tiles which is a fall’s hazard for all age groups . Pool steps do not go far enough into the pool making it difficult to get out. Well situated with view of golf course and sea in the distance.A car is essential unless happy to stay at the Villa or use taxis. We all enjoyed our stay again as we have been before and it is convenient for our needs.

Aux abords de l’aéroport (arrivées ou départs d’avions) mais pas trop gênant! Bord d’un golf calme la nuit mais très/trop éclairé la nuit!! Location très confortable bonne literie. Tout le confort comme décrit dans annonce. Piscine un peu froide à cette époque mais ce n’est pas grave. Abords extérieurs un peu vieillots devraient être refaits mais intérieur parfait. Télévision qu’en espagnol

Magnifique villa.
Villa fidèle à l'annonce, belles pièces lumineuses, bien équipée, piscine propre. Belle vue, mer et golf. Le revêtement de la terrasse est un peu vieillissant, les portes auraient besoin d'être rabotées, et même si cela n'a pas gâché nos vacances, la maison est située au dessus du couloir aérien d'atterrissage des avions, c'est particulièrement bruyant lorsqu'ils survolent la villa, c'est le seul bémol.

House was as advertised clean and roomy although I find that the master bedroom should have a queen or king size bed for couples (all rooms have only single beds). The view from the rear patio is beautiful other than the occasional golfers walking around. The caretaker of the property (Johnny) was always reachable and very helpful when needed. A fifteen to twenty minute walk and you are at the ocean side we’re you will find a variety of bars and restaurants. All in all a good investment for a good stay!

Had an amazing time big living dining area brilliant pool and lots of garden area, good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 1 was ensuite, downside no aircon was so hot inside and too noisy to leave the shutters open on a night, patio area needs replacing my children caught their toes on some uneven areas, and the master bedroom was single beds this should be changed to a double in my opinion, apart from that a very pleasant stay, lovely neighbours too 😀

Perfect stay
We stayed 1 week in Marie-Pierre house, and it was perfectly matching with our hopes. The luminous living room and the swimming pool are as beautiful as the pictures. The house is located on a golf, that makes the area very quiet. The south airport is really close. The host Johnny warmly welcome us. I highly recomand.

Nichts zu kritisieren
Das Objekt entspricht Beschreibung und Bildern. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Flugzeuge fliegen regelmäßig darüber, aber das weiß man ja bei der Buchung, uns hat das nicht gestört. Pool wurde nach calima gereinigt, Übergabe war schnell und problemlos. Kommen gerne wieder. Danke

Nice villa if a little dated in places. Lovely view from the terrace.. One thing to watch out for is mosqitoes as there's a pond quite nearby on the golf course plus they must use manure or something smelly on the grace and plants as it was pretty whiffy at times. Do request the pool to be heated well in advance as it wasn't very warm the whole time we were there. Marie the owner is very helpful though. enjoy!!

When we arrived we had to clean patio as it was very dirty there was only 3 sun beds for 6 people around the pool it was supposed to have heated pool we were told we would have to pay an extra charge for that which wasn’t stated on the advertising of the villa. The bbq took 2 hours to clean and then it still wasn’t up to standard so we bought foil trays to cook our food on 2 of the single beds they had a double quilt folded in half to make single ones so it was vert hot if you used them there wasn’t enough pegs to hang washing so we had to buy more every morning we couldn’t sit on the patio for breakfast as the patio had been pulled up at sometime and you would get a very strong smell off the drains overall a very bad experience we won’t be booking it again

Excellent value for money
We stayed for 1 week. Overall great value. Very quiet area, San Blas is 5mins away in a taxi costing €6 which has a hiperdino supermarket and many quiet restaurants/pubs suitable for yound children. The villa is clean and tidy. Pool is more than adequate for the size of the villa. More English channels on TV would be good though. Excellent views of the golf course and the sea. Cant fault it for the price we paid.

Amazing Villa for holidays
I have enjoyed a lot this villa in Tenerife. It is very well equipated and it has nice views to Amarilla Golf and the ocean. In summary, good cleaning and amazing garden area, with a swimming pool. I would like to thank the staff for her kindness, they were very helpful when we applied to them for some information about the island.

Schöne Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge
Das Haus bietet einen guten Komfort, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet nur eine Kaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst. Ein defekter Wasserkocher wurde umgehend vom freundlichen Hausmeister ausgetauscht. Der Pool war super und auch ohne Heizung zu benutzen. Weniger schön empfanden wir die Lage direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. Teilweise sind bis zu 15 Flieger pro Stunde in einer Höhe von 250 - 300 m genau über den Pool gedonnert. Auch die vielen, vielen Fliegen haben uns den Aufenthalt am Pool vermiest. Sie waren sehr nervig und unangenehm. Schön wäre auch ein zweites Kissen gewesen. Die vorhandenen waren klein und sehr unbequem. Insgesamt eine schöne Villa um die Gegend zu erkunden und Ausflüge in alle Teile der Insel zu unternehmen, aber irgendwie doch am "falschen" Platz um den Urlaub wirklich zu genießen.

Das Haus liegt mitten in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. Es landen jeden Tag an die 100 Flugzeuge, die in einer Höhe von ca. 50 bis 100 Meter übers Haus fliegen, der Lärm ist ohrenbetäubend. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Golfplatz der jeden Morgen ab 6.30 Uhr gepflegt wird, zum Einsatz kommen Traktoren, Rasenmäher, Kettensägen, Laubbläser usw. desweiteren sollte man einen Helm tragen, da die Golfbälle des öfteren auf der Terrasse landen. Die Kanalisation ist marode, wenn man duscht und die Waschmaschine läuft, heben sich die Kanaldeckel neben dem Pool. Der Gestank ist unerträglich was natürlich tausende von Mücken anzieht. Eine wöchtentliche Reinigung oder frische Handtücher gibts nicht. Die Küche ist so dreckig, daß man die Hängeschränke mit der flachen Hand öffnen kann. Deutschsprachiges Fernsehen gibts nicht. Alle Türen im Haus lassen sich nicht oder nur mit Gewalt öffnen und schliessen. Die Bilder entsprechen keinesfalls den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten, die Terrasse wurde schon mehrfach aufgerissen, wahrscheinlich wegen dem Kanal, und mit Beton wieder zugemacht. Das waren jetzt nur die groben Mängel. Von dieser "Villa" kann ich nur abraten. Mir tut jeder Cent Leid den ich für diese Bruchbude bezahlt habe und das waren nicht wenige.

Wonderful stay! Everything we needed!
Villa was fabulous and I had great communication from the owner in the run up to our visit and brilliant assistance from the staff whilst we were there, of which we didn't need much, just a few small things but they couldn't have been quicker or more helpful! The villa is light and spacious and fully opens to the rear facing the pool and the golf course view if you so like. The pool isn't huge but my 3 small children found it plenty big enough... although there isn't really a shallow end. Well equipped kitchen, they even had mozzi plugs which was great as I hadn't taken any ... not that we saw more than a couple. I prefer to eat out in Costa Adeje than in the area around the golf courses as there is much more choice and of a better quality but that could just be personal preference. We stayed in a few evenings and had BBQ. There is a great Mercadona about 5 mins away in the car which has EVERYTHING! And a small supermarket 2 mins walk away that has essentials and a little more. For both of these reasons I would say a car is essential due to the location. We stayed for one week and had a hire car the whole time. The flight path didn't bother us in the slightest in fact the kids loved it! We had stayed in the area before though so knew about the noise etc. It's not luxury but you're not paying luxury prices... I think we got more than value for money! Would recommend!

nice house
alles vorhanden, sauberer Pool, viel Platz, sehr gute Liegen und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten am Pool liegt halt in der Einflugschneise, hat uns aber nicht gestört, da sich der Lärm aushalten liess, nachts war es ruhig, kleiner Shop (Supermarkt) und einfache Restaurants/Bars fussläufig erreichbar, zu empfhlen : Black Mill !! zu besseren Restaurants, Tapasbars z.B. ab nach Los Abrigos (3-4km mit dem Auto) , wir kommen wieder
