'They don't have someone at the front desk. Text them and they will come down and let you in, and set you up so you can enter on your own once you commit to staying. The place doesn't have any elevators so be aware of this if it's an issue. '

'This place is a hidden gem in a not so great part of Seattle. That being said the property was gated well lit and felt very safe. Our room was spotless, updated, and the bed pretty comfortable. Staff were friendly and the room was quiet. There is plenty of dining options close which was nice. I would stay here again because of the price and the above mentioned qualities. '

'We visited Seattle for a family birthday and stayed in the Courtyard in Kirkland/c it was the only handicap accessible room to be found in the area. Kudos to Courtyard! Very nice. My only criticism was that the bar was not open on Sat evening. Sometimes I enjoy a nightcap at the bar. We took public transport to the Public Market and it was easy, bus stop close to hotel, inexpensive, and speedy enough to offset driving. Plus scenic. '

'The hotel was lovely. Great location. I got breakfast and parking included, which was a great deal. Breakfast is made to order in the bistro. Only downside was that the beds were way too firm and the pillows were awful for a nice hotel. Literally the only downside, but kind of a big one.'
